"I ordered about 8 items from this company on 9/28. After waiting nearly a month to receive my order, I found that the mens XL I had ordered were in reality what seemed like mens smalls (I am a female, size 4 and they fit me much better than my boyfriend who typically wears a mens large). So I asked for directions on how to return it.

I spent $45 dollars on return shipping to receive my about $65 dollars back (i figured getting 20 bucks back was better than nothing). But clearly I was wrong.

The tracking information notes that it was successfully delivered on Nov 1. I have been in constant contact with these people and they just keep saying be patient. But they received it 12 days ago and still say they do not have it!

To me I see this as a fraudulent company selling things in wrong sizes and not returning money for returns. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!



---UPDATE: After posting this review on numerous sites they "found" my package and are in the process of refunding me.

"DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY LIE ON THEIR WEBSITE. Had a terrible experience with Milanoo and their customer service. They are marketing worldwide but apparantly have no one that writes in English so the emails from customer service are a mess, the translaton gets no where. I ordered a formal gown with custom measurements but when it arrived it was 8 inches too short! It did not even touch the ground in bare feet so you know what it looked like with heels! Customer service via email asked me to send them the measurements of the completed dress to compare to my order! They are not even quality checking before they send it out! OR they are no where near the work room.Then in badly translated English they asked me to send them a picture of the ruler I used! I would not recomend this company to anyone. They will most likely write some nice reply and apologize - that does not solve problems, you'll just geet the runaround."

"Much like other people, I had a lot of issues with my Halloween costume. The long delivery time was annoying, but not a major issue. What has become a major issue is that the item I ordered does not fit and they are unwilling to help fix the problem. I custom ordered an item because the standard options would not have fit. When I received the item, I could not even fit the top up over my shoulders. The measurements required to get the fit did not cover the length of my legs or the length of my torso. Apparently, they have a general ratio that they use and if you fall outside of that range, there is nothing that they can do to help. I was willing to pay for shipping and handling if they would make another that would actually fit but they were unwilling to do anything. Avoid this company at all cost."

"Worst online shopping experience ever. Quality not well made. They are out of country. Merchant said will refund but takes over a month and they never wanted to refund, saying they never received item back. Shipping took couple of weeks to ship out. I paid extra for faster shipping service but still didn't received on time. Will never shop here again."

"I bought a French Maide dress and it was better than expected, Materials were as seen in the picture and every part of the dress(gloves,stocks) was just perfect. shipping takes time and is some how expensive but overall it was a very nice experience. "

"I had placed an order for a zensuit, something I've never worn before and barely knew of. I ordered a large but after the order was shipped I thought it might have been too small. When it arrived I hesitantly tried on one of the suits but to my surprise it felt as though it was custom made for me, a perfect fit! The feel of this superlative suit was unlike anything I've ever experienced. The soft, silky suit caressing my body, felt as though it breathed and I didn't want to take it off. I plan to purchase more of these wonderful suits from Milanoo again and highly recommend them to everyone. Their customer support is the best I've ever met from a company. Others should follow their example. "

"I was looking for a swimsuit to wear on my cruise when I came across this website. I saw so many nice swimsuits and the prices are great. "I'd just like to let every potential Milanoo shopper know how awful the quality of their products are! I recently purchased two dresses - as I am looking for bridesmaid dresses- I thought I'd order two different styles to see the quality and cut. When they arrived I literally laughed out loud at how unlike their pictures are on the website!! The finishes are so cheap and tacky! I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to contact them within 7 days - and when I did - I received a very insincere email informing me that I will have to keep them. An exchange is not even an option. So now I am stuck with $300 worth of rubbish!
How disgraceful! I will never shop with this joke of a company again and will strongly recommend that no one else does!!!

"Milanoo is absolutely outstanding. Over the past few years, they have never failed to let me down. They provide a wide stock variety of clothing and it all looks absolutely fabulous. I am well pleased with the quality of materials they use and the fact that they never fail to deliver on time.

"I bought a catsuit for my Halloween party this Saturday October 27th. I ordered it on 10/09. The website at the time clearly stated that the VERY LATEST it would arrive to my home would be 10/22. Curiously enough, Milanoo didn’t even SHIP MY ITEM until 10/23. I e-mailed their customer service yesterday morning at 7:30am, and heard nothing all day. This morning I found an e-mail that was sent from your “customer service” department at 2:53am, 18 hours later! The e-mail did not say much other than to provide a tracking number that offered an estimated date of OCTOBER 29TH. That is two days AFTER my party.

The reason I purchased a costume online is that between working full-time and taking classes full-time, I do not have enough time to go shopping. I thought that purchasing online would relieve me of any unnecessary worries on top of my already mounting stress. Instead, what Milanoo has done is send my stress levels through the roof – as I now must scramble to find a new costume in TWO DAYS, as well as waste my valuable time and energy doing this right now, and suffer the loss of the funds that I used to pay for this costume.

I would like each and every single penny of my hard-earned money refunded to me immediately. I am so furious with Milanoo's customer service, the incorrect “estimated delivery” times on the ordering page, and the fact that ANY HALLOWEEN COSTUME SELLING AND PROMOTING COMPANY would wait until the 23rd to ship ANYTHING AT ALL. They clearly have no concern for their customer’s needs.

I will NEVER shop there again and will make it my life's goal to warn others.
