"I Recently shopped here and ordered a couple of Halloween costumes. They took my order knowingly there's NO WAY my costume will arrive in time because there located out in CHINA!!! So I cancelled when I realize its 5 days till Halloween & I still didn't receive a tracking no. They then let me know if I cancel they will charge me 30% of my order total plus the shipment!!! "My order overall was average. I ordered 6 pieces. One was perfect, three were acceptable, one was not bad quality but it wasn't what I expected, and one was terrible. But I did get a free little gift that wasn't bad.
For the three pieces the quality was just as expected ...not high quality but exactly what I expected for what I was paying for, however the sizes were a little small (I have unusual sizes and I didn't want to pay extra for custom sizes, so I don't begrudge milanoo for this)
The one which was not bad quality was a $20 catsuit. It wasn't bad for the money, but it kind of ballooned in certain places and I didn't like how unflexible the fabric was (I was afraid to move too much because I didn't want it to rip)
The terrible one was just not like the image at all..and the worst part were the stockings which had no shape to the foot..it was just like a tube, with no bend to where the foot should be.
The little gift was a tie which wasn't bad.
The shipping time wasn't bad. A lot of people don't realize there needs to be processing time because a lot of these are hand-made and so they make the costumes THEN ship it. So it took about 3 1/2 weeks, which is fine because I expect up to 2 weeks shipping, and a week and a half for processing.
The prices were mostly fair for the quality (the most expensive one was the best), except for the one which didn't look like the image at all.
Based off of the other reviews for returns/refunds I've decided not to even bother with it....so I can't really say anything about that."
"I ordered my wedding dress in july 2012.I ordered it early my wedding is in Feb 2013 and payed with paypal. Order showed up couple days earlyer then expected dress is absolutly beautiful i love it! And im very picky!! Fabric is wonderful and dress fits like a glow. And prices You cant beat I got my dress for 200$ in store simalar was 1700$ I would defanatly shop at Milanoo again. "Milanoo has a great selection of anime good! I ordered a pair of pillow cases at a reasonable price, and shipping was combined to reduce cost (saved more than 50% on shipping cost). However the time it took for them to process the order was fairly long, and I am very dissatisfied with the DHL shipping services (they shipped the product to Canada, where I live, then it was shipped across border to the states to two different location, in two different states before shipping it back to Canada.) The entire process took over week when I paid for expedite shipping and expected the package to arrive with in 3 days after it was shipped."

Seriously? Why even advertise halloween costumes on your website if you cannot guarantee they will arrive in time for halloween. Over 500 costumes they say, and yet you won't be able to use them even if you give them 3 weeks to ship.
I tried their live chat, and no one responds. Finally after 1 hour of waiting, I get a response. "No one is available to answer your chat. Please try again later".
And still no update in details on what is holding up my order? CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL.
I hope I don't have the same issues as I have read on these posts regarding cancelling. This place is a hit or miss. If you need dependable and reliable online shopping, I would suggest you look elsewhere."

I tried to cancel my order and replace by a different method, but was told by the online chat help that I couldn't receive confirmation of this. "I was pretty skeptical because of all the bad reviews, but I am happy with the service I received. I emailed milanoo a few weeks before Halloween because the order was still processing, and the next day I got an email saying that the item had shipped. I tracked the order the whole time and it arrived very quickly -- from China! It is a black catsuit with removable mask, gloves, and feet, and everything looks and fits exactly as expected. The material is also of decent quality, not the thin crap they sell in halloween stores. Looking forward to using it for my catwoman costume."
"I went to order an anime body pillow case, when I asked them if it came with the stuffing as well as the case I was promptly told it was both. After I ordered, I was given JUST the case, when I complained about it they kindly informed me now (after having bought it) that it was just the case, and if I wanted to have the stuffing I would have to make a separate order.
Well that's fine and all, but the stuffing is $10, and they require a minimum order of $20, plus shipping.
If I had known before that it was just the case, it would have cost me $50, but since I had to order them separately it cost me $80, that's complete crap that first they'll lie to me, and then expect ME to pay for their bull. Classic bait and switch.
Even after paying an extra $30, with my expedited shipping they still pocketed the extra money for faster shipping, but went to FedEX and shipped it snail mail, instead of getting it here today like I was suppose to if they 2-3 day shipping like advertised I won't be getting it until the end of next week
TLDR, they lied to me to make a sale, when the product wasn't what I was told, they told me to pay extra to get everything I was told I would get, then went with the slowest shipping when I paid for the best.
I would NEVER order here again, and feel cheated by the fact I felt forced to order from them a second time to fix my order, which they should have done. Adding salt to the wound is the shipping not being what I paid for."

"I placed an order for 3 dresses for my maternity photo shoot. OMG, they are gorgeous. I was so shocked at the quality since they were SO affordable. I wore two during the shoot. The other dress didn't fit over my belly, which is understandable since they aren't maternity dresses. But I am over the moon happy with my order and my photo shoot was a HUGE success!
