"Milliamp.com is a lifesaver! I needed to fix my ipod's screen before taking a trip and I spoke with the owner Anthony about the urgency of the matter and he was a real trooper! I received great customer service, and day by day/process by process follow up with the customer. When I called the office, I spoke with a real person and not a machine. My reservations about sending my ipod all the way to another state was totally eased. This is one of the best customer service/care that I have ever received."

"I can't say enough good things about this company! They have won my business over! Time and time again! After having my son’s IPod Touch sent to another company that supposedly fixed the problem twice, I sent it to Milliamp who really fixed the problem! Ever since then, we have used them numerous times. We have sent several different types of IPods and they have all came back fixed.

Being a business owner myself, I really appreciate the communication between myself and this company about my repair. They send frequent emails about the progress of the devise. With the first company I had to wait weeks to get the devise back only to find the IPod Touch was not fixed. With Milliamp, they send me email status’s that lets us know what is going on and how much it is going to be. Great business practice! As soon as one of our IPod’s breaks, battery, etc. I contact Milliamp right away.

"The battery on my IPOD 30 gb was not holding a charge long and I heard it was possible to change batteries. I went to several sites and found Milliamps video on how to do it. Sure looked simple and wow a way to open the case without damaging it. Didn't think that was possile. Placed my order, and as soon as it was placed saw the wrong state on the invoice. I emailed them immediately and within an hour had a reply that it had been fixed. The new battery arrived within 3 days - great customer service. Easy to follow instructions and pictures (for those that need visual not text). The blue tool worked perfect. I just went real slow and cautious like a surgeon. Before long the new battery was in, case closed, earphones working and then charged it up. A really first class company based on my correspondence with them and a really excellent product great support documentation and very reasonably priced. Thanks Milliamp didn't think I could change an IPOD battery but did."

"There are so many things to be said about Milliamp LTD. First of all I would like to say that the communication between me and customer service was phenomenal. I constantly kept in touch with the owner of Milliamp LTD via twitter and all I have to say is that I was and still am a very satisfied customer. Don't get me wrong but at first I was a bit reluctant about shipping my iPod to them due to the fact that we were in different states. After a while of talking to the owner, Anthony Magnabosco he assured me that my iPod would be in great hands so I went ahead and made my order and shipped of my iPod. The pricing of shipping and repairs was fantastic. I wasn't able to find anyone else who could top their pricing. The repair process is done fast and carefully. I was actually heading out on a family vacation out of the states a week before I shipped off my device and needed it back before I left and although they had several of devices that needed repair ahead of mine they had mine repaired the same day they received it via UPS. Finally I had it back in my hand in just a matter of days. The first thing I did of course was test out if it was functioning properly and it was. The screen I ordered to get replaced on my iPod Nano 5th generation was beautiful. I even compared mine to my sister's iPod who has the same iPod and the screen on mine looked better and brighter than the original. To wrap up this review I would like to say to any future customers that you should go ahead and buy at Milliamp LTD. I guarantee you that you will never find a company more hard working and dedicated as Milliamp LTD. Customer service is great. Pricing is great. Everything is just great. So next time you break your iDevice go with Milliamp LTD. You won't regret it. I know I didn't. "

"My experience with Milliamp.com was nothing like any other experience I had online. When I found them I had just lost money buying a battery from ipodbatterydepot.com, don't EVER buy there, my battery arrived dead and once plugged it in to charge it started to smoke. I called them and they would not return my money. I needed a battery for my wife, we have a small baby and she cannot be without a phone, I came across Milliamp.com and was very impressed with the reviews online and decided to give it a try, even after the horrible experience that I had that very same day. Once I placed the order I decided to follow up with a phone call and WOW! I have never seen customer service like they offer. I was just calling to make sure the order went through ok and the guy that I talked to was amazing, he verified that everything was ok and asked if my order was shipped already, I told him that I had placed the order at that exact time. He made sure to send my battery right then. 5 min after I got off the phone I had a confirmation email saying that my order was ready for shipping and that it was going to go out that day. Unreal. 2 days later I emailed to check on the shipping and I received an email with all my shipping info and Jenna T even made sure to list where my battery was and when it would be delivered so I didn't have to look myself. Please if you are looking to buy with Milliamp.com search no more. They are the best!! They have made a customer for life and I tell everyone about them. Thank you Milliamp for everything!!! "

"I posted a disappointment complaint here three days ago following non delivery of an order that had been put on hold as suspicious. I was however pleasantly surprised at the owner's quick response in contacting me and even shipping the item, though I informed I had already bought elsewhere and so asked him to recall it, which I understand he has done. It's obvious the biggest problem was largely breakdown in communication, I am so far impressed by his personal attention to get the issue resolved, including getting my account fully credited for the charges debited.
Should what I procured elsewhere not work, I will definitely buy from this seller.

"On 7/15/11 I ordered a replacement battery and tool kit for my iphone 3gs to replace the battery myself. I received the battery, toolkit and instructions as promised. When I started to work on the phone I pulled too hard on one of the connectors and accidentally broke it off. I took it to a local repair shop and they tried to put a new LCD in and said that it was not the LCD but the main board. They basically told me my phone was trash. To be sure I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and I ordered Milliamp's professional repair evaluation. I wish I would have sent it to Milliamp to begin with instead of wasting my time with the local guys. After 7 days of being at Milliamp I inquired about my phone repairs because I needed it soon due to a trip I was to go on. To be fair, they did send me an initial email letting me know it could be 6-10 days before my phone was looked at. They immediately emailed me back and elevated my request. The owner of the company emailed me and said they would get to it right away. They came through with their word and worked on it that very day. They sent me personal emails on the status throughout the day (not the automated standard emails) from members of their customer service team. Turns out was indeed my LCD screen that had to be replaced. The cost was cheaper than the local place I was looking at by about 15$ for a new LCD. The next morning I got the tracking info and they shipped my phone back. My phone is back to good condition and fully functional. I would recommend Milliamp to my family and friends anytime. They have that personal touch that you do not see with companies these days. "

"So here's a chronicle of what happened to my iPhone.

7/15/11 - I noticed that my iPhone external speakers weren't working. I thought it was a software problem, so I restarted the phone, restored the phone, etc. Nothing on my end concluded it was a software problem.

7/16/11 - So I went ahead and tried to find a local place in my area to fix the phone. I couldn't find one that I felt comfortable with. Somehow in my Google search Milliamp came up. I saw that they had a strong reputation and the price looked right. I called Milliamp, but their offices were closed on Saturday. What really made me decide to get Milliamp to fix my iPhone was getting a text message in the next hour from the owner of the company. Very impressive. So I went ahead and ordered the repairs and added a new battery as well.

7/19/11 - I shipped the device out with UPS. They had some weather trouble, but got the iPhone to San Antonio, TX on 7/21/11.

7/21/11 - I get an email from the company saying they got my iPhone and tested it out. They concluded the same problems I found and went ahead with the repairs.

7/26/11 - I get another email saying that they fixed the sound, but that the new battery they installed wasn't working properly and they would reinstall again. They didn't have to tell me this, but it was nice to know that they did.

7/27/11 - Last email came saying testing was complete, everything was working and the iPhone would be shipped out. The owner of the company even sent me a text message with a picture saying it was done.

8/01/11 - I get the package from UPS. The sounds works perfectly. As proof of work, they sent back the old parts (external speaker and old battery). Overall, everything seems fine. So if you have a broken iPhone / iPad / iPod, go ahead and sent it to Milliamp. I was very impressed by the work and constant communication.

"I can't say enough about the service provided by Milliamp. Having to send off my iPod Touch for a new battery was an anxious undertaking. Particularly after calling Apple twice for assistance and both times getting perfunctory assistance and advice. Apple, of course, wants to sell new devices not prolong the life of an old one. Can't blame them. But, I was disheartened by their attitude so I started looking around and was fortunate to find Milliamp. After speaking with a couple of their service reps I was reassured by the considerable time they took to answer all my initial questions and the sincere, patient manner of their responses. They explained each step of the process and the guarantees provided (10 yrs on the battery). They wanted my business. Everything went exactly as represented, except, it took less time than they estimated. When does that happen? Another reassuring and unexpected service was their detailed email progress updates at each step. Everything validated the trust I placed in them.
I unequivocally recommend Milliamp! Call them and see for yourself.

"Thank You for the work you all recently completed on my ipod. It was received last thursday as reported and is working great. I have already passed along the extra business cards to friends and family that also have ipods in the event they have any need to have theirs repaired or checked out. The communication was great during the entire process. A person doesn't realize how often they listen to their ipod until they are without it for a week or two. Regardless, your staff did a fantastic job and I really appreciated the extra that they replaced my older faceplate with a newer one. I must admit this was my second ipod that i had to purchase as my first was stolen. I bought this one at a local pawn shop and it worked fine until the audio went out. The cost of repairs was comparable to buying another used one. Why would I want to do that if for the same price I know the rest of the ipod is generally OK. Anyway thanks to you and the rest of the team."

I would send anyone to them that had trouble with any of their apple products. My iPod was fixed and sent back. I was informed every step of the way on what was occurring with the iPod. They are informative, friendly, trustworthy and outdo themselves in the customer service department. They truly put customers first!

"Recently I was given a brand-new iPod Touch first generation. I guess it had been sitting the shelf for years. It wouldn't turn on, even when plugged in. I sent it to millipamp, and they sent me numerous emails as it went step-by-step through their processes. Bottom line is that they diagnosed the problem correctly, put in a new battery, and sent it back to me all for a very reasonable price.
