"What great customer service from a company that I ended up not doing business with. I sent Milliamp an iPod that Apple was giving me a hard time about covering under their warranty. I had heard of Milliamp before so I made an order with them, packed up my iPod and sent it to them. 3 days later I got an Email form them stating that had received my iPod and would get back to me ASAp regarding repairs. Later that same day I got a call from Apple. They had decided to replace my iPod after all. I emailed Milliamp and asked them to halt diagnostics and to send my ipod back to me ASAP. The next morning I got an Email from them saying they had packed my iPod up and it would be shipping back to me that day. They ALSO refunded my $19 diagnostic fee. I didn't not expect this and was pleasantly surprised. If I ever need a repair service again, I'll be using them,

"Hello everyone I just want to share the experience that I had with Milliamp. First of all I was pleasantly surprised from the excellent service that I received from the company. I have an Apple IPOD Mini.It was not holding a charge. I called Milliamp and ordered to have the battery replaced. I sent the unit to them on Friday, Sept. the 3rd. And got the item back on Friday, Sept. 10th. I was updated frequently on the status of my IPOD by the technicians. My unit was tested and passed all of the tests. My main concern was whether or not I was going to lose my music.I was told that all of my music would be intact. When I went walking wearing my IPOD it played like new. All of my music was there.
Mr. Anthony Magnabosco, the owner of Milliamp sent me a personal e-mail thanking me for my business. I was made to feel special. I am 66 years of age and have never been thanked by a CEO of a company. I am very impressed with the business model at Milliamp. They provide customers with 5-Star service. I am a lifetime client.

"The customer service was exceptional. I was a little nervous about mailing my son's ipod touch but having already tried several repairs (digitizer, glass) on my own and seeing the fragility of the parts I decided to try milliamp.com for the battery replacement. The battery was no longer able to maintain charge after some water damage and now 2 and 1/2 weeks after mailing it out we have it back and it is working fine. I received several emails from customer service updating me on status- arrival of the ipod, initial testing results, first testing after battery installation, second testing, and shipping. The company is first rate. I would recommend them for any ipod repairs."
"Milliamp replaced a battery in my 1G iPOD Nano and my experience with them was first rate. From the time my iPOD arrived, I was constantly kept abreast of progress with timely emails. For me, it was a leap of faith to put my iPOD in the mail (even with a dead battery!), but I was soon at ease. Very few people can change a battery on a 1G due to its construction. Apple offers no such service and their solution would have cost me well over $100, while the entire transaction with Milliamp, including both mailings, cost < $50. My iPOD works great and Milliamp has the process nailed. Thumbs up!!

"I ordered a new battery for my iPod on 6/20 and received it on 6/23. I'm very pleased with the product, customer service & speedy delivery. They sent excellent detailed instructions with the battery. We replaced the battery without any problems. The only thing I would suggest is if they sent out an email when the order has shipped that would be an extra plus. I did receive an order confirmation. When I contacted c/s about the status of my order they replied in a quick friendly manner!! I will definitely order from milliamp.com again in the future. Great company!!"

"This is the 3rd iPod I've saved by replacing the battery: iPod Photo, iPod Video, iPod Mini. The instructions are very clear & easy to follow. It was a bit unnerving the first time I popped a case open, but no fears now!
The replacement batteries appear to be very good quality and the operating time has been greatly improved--better than the originals.
On the last order, I selected the wrong battery replacement kit. Apparently I'm not the first to make this mistake as the instructions were on the web site. I sent an email to clarify the process. Customer service responded very quickly and I was able to get a credit for returning the incorrect battery.

"My iPod's battery broke and so I was forced to find a replacement. That's when I stumbled on Milliamp and although I was skeptic at first, I decided to buy their battery thanks to its unbeatable value and warranty. My iPod is now running fine with the new battery, and I feel ashamed of Apple for manufacturing so many iPods with defective batteries when clearly even a smaller company like Milliamp can get it right. I just wish I had availed of their repair service as well, as the place I took my iPod to was horrible at fixing my iPod."
