"I had placed an order and for some reason the site bounced me back to the homepage without a confirmation page. I then resubmitted my order. This ended up placing two identical orders when I finally got my confirmation emails.
I contacted their online technical support immediately after, and the agent Aubrey Beck was extremely friendly and helpful! She tracked down my first order in the warehouse and was able to cancel it before it made it to shipment. I was upset at the mistake, but she diffused the situation perfectly and my faith in Monoprice.com has been fully restored, with her to thank.
I have always loved Monoprice.com for their service and their products, and I will continue to use them as my primary vendor for technology related products.
I would like to recommend that faster confirmation emails after placing an order would greatly improve the service and avoid situations like this in the future.

"I bought Monoprice’s 12 x 9 (#6815) graphics tablet, and am very happy with my purchase. The only problem that I had, which is my entire fault, was with the pen that came with the tablet. I put the battery in the pen and when I put the barrel back on the pen I did not notice the arrow on the side of the pen barrel, resulting in breaking the pen. I chatted with Monoprice and found that I could order a new pen, which I did (#8297). I received the new pen today (7/5/13), and the new pen works flawlessly. The first thing I tried was using the tablet in Outlook 2010 using the freehand writing method and it worked. I have also used it in Win 7 paint, and that also worked. I ordered a backup pen, just because I wanted a backup. All is good for now. "
