"Working in IT I've used Monoprice for many purchases. Recently I decided to buy one of their 27" IPS Monitors for my home PC. Unfortunately I received a DOA monitor but wasn't too worried since I've always heard Monoprice has excellent customer service. I submitted an RMA on the same night that I received the monitor and in the morning my request was already approved with a replacement monitor scheduled to ship same day. I had a few questions regarding the RMA and used the chat feature on the website, spoke with a rep name Jimmy from the RMA division and he answered all of the questions. This honestly has to be one of the most pleasant RMA experiences yet. Monoprice has great products, but the Customer Service really sets them apart from their competitors."
