Shipping cost me $11.25, 20% of the $56.25 purchase price for the defective product. Monoprice is nice if the product works, not so much if the product is defective."

"I've used monoprice.com for years. I've always had a good experience with them. In particular I like how quickly they ship out their products.
This last order was the exception. I ordered it before the cut off time, and selected Norco Overnite (delivery next business day). I was surprised that my order did not arrive on 8/16 (the next business day). When I contacted them via email, I was told that Norco Overnite next business day, REALLY means 1-2 busniess days. This is ridiculous. Next business day is the next business day.
Sadly, monoprice was once a great place, but their customer service has slipped quite a bit."
