"I ordered bike tires and received computer cables. They asked for a photo of what I received. They apologized after several days, and still have yet to refund me, or even provide a return authorization. They said the original tires I ordered are not available. I have had good experiences with Monoprice in the past, but I do not think I will be ordering from them again."

"I had never purchased anything from Monoprice before and I was building a new PC and needed a new monitor. I always do extensive research when shopping for electronics, especially computer parts. With what I wanted to spend and the type of monitor I was looking for (27" 1440p 120hz+) Monoprice had the best option hands down. A big part of why I chose the monitor was not only the specs it offered or the great price but also the Monoprice warranty, most notably the "Pixel Perfect Guarantee" which I unfortunately got to put to the test. The first monitor they sent me had a few stuck pixels BUT they issued me a return label right away and sent me a new one immediately after receiving it. The 2nd one is flawless, I'm looking at it right now as I type this. The "Pixel Perfect Guarantee" lasts for the entire 1st year you own the monitor too! I will definitely shop with them in the future."

An added bonus is that Monoprice charges actual, not calculated, shipping - so ordering several small items to arrive together gets all the calculated shipping at time of purchase returned to you.
