Took my money and didn't bother pick up parcel. Contacted them and they lied saying 'they had been round 3 times' when they hadn't as I was in.
Nearly impossible to get hold of, they have a phone number which says 'go online' in words 'bogoff', Will never use again!!"

"Purchased an item off ebay. Seller posted and provided tracking number. It was collected from the Parcel Shop - updated "we have your parcel" and then NOTHING. Seller contacted Hermes and they say we cannot locate your parcel. This was a very special purchase - not expensive just £21 but for a special person. Hermes told the Seller just put in a claim! DISGUSTING - I will never use Hermes or recommend them to anyone. In case Hermes read this review the tracking number was 1830395247806080. I have now read many reviews and it appears that perhaps Hermes Couriers take a liking to a parcel and decide to keep it ! there is no explanation really other than that for the amount of parcels that actually just disappear into thin air once Hermes have them.

"This is the worst courier company, period!
This is a 100% genuine and accurate description as I have had items delivered via MyHermes many many times over years with an awful result every time.
Either packages do not turn up, they lie about "attempting" to deliver, they do not come on time, they are returned to sender or they get lost.
On top of all that, MyHermes are even more incompetent, unprofessional and unhelpful because their customer service is a joke. Not only is their automated phone service terrible and dated as it does not recognise anything whether vocally or dialled in (i.e tracking number) they have had the audacity to remove their "online chat" service, removing any chance of you talking to a human being to resolve any issues.
I am completely baffled that this company hasn't gone under.
Also, I do not believe half of these positive reviews are authentic, they seem short and bogus if anything, I really refuse to believe that they are genuinely receiving such high praise.

"Not a good experience unfortunately. This delivery company didn't advise by email or phone when they would be trying to deliver my parcel. I received 2 calling cards which didn't accept my post code to arrange an alternative delivery. The parcel went back and forth for over a week and the Chat line was unhelpful in having the authority to help resolve the issue. Resulted in me taking time off work, spending time emailing and chatting and taking screenshots, missing a special persons present/gift. Unsavory experience which I tried to resolve but couldn't. The tracking information online was incorrect."
"Another package sent over, another package lost.
This time the driver signed for the package themselves using the name 'porch' then left it on my step. When I came home, I read his note and there was no package anywhere, checked the whole rain soaked garden and it wasn't there.
Got in touch with their customer services for a refund and compensation as numerous packages have gone missing this way, last one was delivered to my bin, and they referred me back to the ebay seller who fulfilled his side of the contract. Likewise their representative who replies to all these negative reviews passed the buck and told me to get in touch with customer services who followed suit and told me to contact the seller in regards to them not doing their delivery correctly.
Formal complaint now being logged as still haven't had a refund because why should the seller refund and compensate, he did his job, myhermes never do and never put it right."

"Absolute rubbish company. Tracking shows delivered and signed for today from my address at 13:35. Instruction were left to place in front porch as no one would be home. Builders outside stated no delivery came as they working outside my house. Checked my three outside security cameras recordings and no delivery person showing anywhere near property. Unable to get a customer support person on phone. All automated messages sending you round in circles. Utter pathetic company. Finally managed to get an email address to send complaint to. "I instructed the wrong building, and they always attempt 3 times before you are able to deliver to shop, instead of listening to the customer, wasting 3 times of delivers, this is the 3rd time it happens.
Horrible customer service, disconnecting after less than a minute of active chat, they are not sure about the status of the parcel.
The system gives no chance to make corrections of your mistakes and gives false information.
The phone number doesn't let you call them, you are just given a robot.
They are a waste of time for the driver, client and waste of energy for the environment. They need to update their system and business to adapt to the "fast pacing kind" 2019, otherwise I fear they might be out of business soon.

"MyHermes is by far one of the worst delivery services ever. My heart sinks when I order something and I get a notification saying they will be delivering as I know I won't receive the order on time! I received a message from them on Monday (it is now friday) saying they are delivering my parcel between so and so time, then I received another message to say it has been delayed and will arrive a few hours later, but no such luck, every day I get those same messages saying it is scheduled for delivery, then couple of hours later another to say delayed but guess what??? No package!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my engagement party tomorrow and no doubt tonight when I finish work at 6pm I will have to go looking for shoes! The services is a disgrace as this isn't the first time this has happened and more so on other occasions i paid for a next day service! This will result in me sending the products back to where I have purchased them from causing them to lose a sale and i have done so before as they haven't arrived in time! so MyHermes you not only cause inconvenience to the purchaser but also a loss of business to the seller!"

"Paid for next day delivery, get a text saying they wont attempt delivery at 10am. Last time using them I had delays for 3 days as first of all they said the road wasnt accessible because of snow when there wasnt any, then they said that they couldn't access the block of flats when there isn't even flats it a terraced street then they said none was home which I 100% was. Absolute joke of a company. And just try calling them to resolve it, no number for them and when you finally find one its automated and you cant speak to anyone. Nice one Hermes, my three year old wont have her Disney dresses for her birthday tomorrow!!!"
