I've learnt that the copy and paste option works well as its the only think they know on the script.

"Returned home from work to an email this evening stating that my parcel had been delivered and signed for by household member. Now how the delivery driver has managed that is beyond miraculous, as not only have I been at work all day I also live alone. I have just used their texting robot on their website (as you cannot contact them verbally) to try and get some answers and it has actually provided me with a fraudulent signature created by God knows who. I am absolutely furious this is fraud and surley illegal."
"Do not under any circumstances use this outfit. Parcels left poking out of mail box to be pilfered by person/persons unknown 1 minute after driver allegedly left . Over £200 of parcels left on front door step, 20 feet from public footpath, with some fictitious name signing for them. " Management & customer services" not interested. That is if you can contact them. An absolute cowboy outfit to be avoided at ALL costs."

They lost a parcel I sent on the 22nd December 2019 which I understand can happen. However I am still waiting for a refund despite being promised over 3 weeks ago. They have now started the whole process again and it’s impossible to actually talk to them about it over the phone. My next step is going to be small claims court."
"Deliveries "lost", very difficult to contact, very awkward and long drawn out efforts to gain refund after 1 month and submitting all the info they required several times they still are asking for more and still no refund. My emails now get rejected by their system stating not recognised despite them using very same email address to contact me. They procrastinate and delay. I have evidence that drivers sign on behalf of customers without customers permission. Pay a few bob more and get less hassle and peace of mind."
"just a complete bunch of crooks. ive had fragile parcels thrown over a gate, parcels lost and then not compensated (their utterly abhorrent customer service will do anything to not pay out). Ive had parcels delivered to a completely different address and then me as a seller has to clear up the mess. ive had plenty of parcels where the courier has forged the signature and shoved it anywhere they feel like. how is this not fraud?
it genuinely amazes me how companies as utterly disgusting as hermes are allowed to trade. are there no trading standards with couriers or are they allowed to just do as they please as they do now? i really really hope that one day myhermes gets shut down, utterly dreadful company they really are."
"3 parcels sent on the same day, not one arrived. The one to the ebay customer got as far as Rugby before it was scanned for return to me and then nothing else. The 2 parcels containing Christmas presents for family appeared to go no further than the local hub before they vanished. Now, three and a half weeks later, 1 parcel has been located and is being delivered. Well yippee ki ay mo . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Never again, there should be a law for this sort of negligent service to stop the shysters."
"Hermes is a total joke, the courier, which delivers to the Centre View Apartments, Croydon, CR0 1EX, is absolutely irresponsible, although she is paid for her work fully. Our Christmas parcel for children from Germany got lost as she ticked it as delivered but we never received it. Maybe she handled it to the wrong addressant or she left it on the top of the mail boxes in the general hallway. There are approx 75 flats in this property and there might be a few residents who can take others parcels?! We contacted to the customer services team but they failed to get in touch with her as she is not responding to their phone calls. You often can spot this courier, in the lift or the corridor, delivering 'Next' store orders and she deliverers them precisely door to door. Most likely the Next store doesn't pay her if she loses customers online orders. However, with Hermes, she can escape this situation. She is still paid, fully, even for not delivered orders. So, on the Christmas Eve after 6pm, she left our parcel somewhere and ticked it as delivered, without signature, without stating where she left it or to whom she left it. We all were at home, me, my mum and two kids. Noone rang to the main door and noone rang to our flat number. Also she MUST NOT TO LEAVE IT AS SIGNED AND ENTER ANY SURNAMES if she didn't handle it to that particular person and not tick it as signed (where is the signature????) Last week I saw again Hermes parcels on the top of the post boxes. We didn't ask Hermes compensation (because they said, it has to be done from Germany, but we want Hermes to take an action against such irresponsible work of the courier or change her to more responsible personal."

"What is the point in saying there isn't a safe space to leave a parcel for the parcel to be left in the garden in the pouring rain? I will no longer order from any business that uses Hermes. They are the worst couriers in the world!"
"The worst courier service in the world. Delivered then not delivered, to saying issue getting to the property. It’s on a road with a drive, no gate and a big number on the mailbox. Worst company around and no number to ring. "
"Delivery should have arrived early but found the tracking system was updated to say a delivery attempt was made, what rubbish. This was then rescheduled for the next working day and after staying in all day checking the tracking info where the time moved to a later time, then it showed delivery attempt made. We live quite remote and I believe their drivers won’t come out as the wage they get would mean they would lose money delivering our parcel. It’s about time something is done with these types of companies. To make it worse, I am paying for this service, what a farce. "
"This is the only delivery company I ever have problems with, they rarely seem to be able to organise a successfull delivery and cannot follow basic instructions.
What is the point in providing a delivery window or and option for us to let you know where to leave a parcel if you are just going to deliver whenever you feel like and not follow instructions if we arent here
I hate anything being delivered with this company as it just means problems, including at one point a delivery driver deciding to walk into my home without bothering to knock the door
There is no point you having a phone number as it just tells you to look on the website and then ends the call, it takes nearly 20 minutes for you online chat to even put you in the queue to speak to a person.
I'm certainly not the only person who feels like this given that in addition to plenty of bad reviews I can find at least 10 facebook groups set up purely to talk about the bad experiences with your company."
