The ONLY reason I actually went against my policy of ordering from a Chinese internet store (because believe me I have definitely had experiences like this with every single Chinese store I've ordered from) is my mom asked me specifically for these shoes. Specifically. So I figured, hey if I pay for faster shipping, maybe I have half a chance of actually receiving the items this year. I was seriously wrong and I am disappointed to see you are just like the rest of them and it was a mistake to do business with you."

"Be very careful about ordering things from this Chinese company. They are a rip-off.

I ordered 6 cushion and folding dog stairs to ensure my elderly dog does not jump off of my couch. 45 minutes later, I found the exact same dog stairs on Ebay for 40% cheaper, and so I contacted them (within an hour) to cancel my order via their customer support chat service. The service rep informed me that my order was cancelled. 9 hours later, I received an email from someone in China informing me that my order cannot be cancelled because "the order is already being processed in the warehouse" (i.e., the order had not shipped yet).

It's clear to me that rather than stop this order, and provide a prospective future customer with good customer service, they are trying to make a few dollars instead (my order was just over $100). BUYER BEWARE.... THESE ARE CHINESE RIP-OFF ARTIST."

"I have ordered a pair of waterproof trousers from their website. I needed them for a hike that was supposed to happen after a month. The terms said that the shipping time is 7-20 days which was fine with me. A bit later I received an e-mail that the item is not available in their warehouse and that they will restock after a week, which seemed fine for me. A week before my hike (3 weeks after the order was placed) my ordered item is not shipped. I contacted the customer service and asked to cancel the order, but they strictly refused to do that saying that the item is in the warehouse already and the order cannot be cancelled. Because of the problems in their operations I will have to buy another pair of trousers and god knows when the ordered pair will arrive. My shopping at Newchic was twice more expensive than I expected. It is not a company you should trust. "
