I got on the chat-line and was told that their service adviser will contact me in 24-48 hours time. However, less than 2 hours later, I received a response in my email and my request was addressed within the day itself. I asked about another colour but was told they were all out of stock, I could have waited until the new stock came in, we exchanged several emails and I decided to have my money back as I had difficulty finding an item number to replace the bag, on their website without actually ordering - this is my only critisism of New Chic.
I ordered another item on the website and informed them by email, giving my new order number and I received an email within a couple of hours telling me my new order was being processed and would be despatched shortly and also the refund for my original order was in the process of being returned to my bank. I am looking forward to receiving my bag and also to shopping with New Chic in the future."

"ordered a pair of mens shoes. Went through the entire checkout process. Saw confirmed on the page and expected an email to be shipped. Nada. Then saw a charge to may account. No email, no order number. Go to the website and can't log on because I have no order number, and the system does not recognize any of my emails.
Go to chat and the person was polite but in the end gave me the runaround. Could not find my name or account information anywhere. suggested to was the Banks error. Suggested the money might be put back. Suggested the order didn't complete. finally "there may be other reasons.." A total ripoff. "
