"I ordered two pairs of sandals ans two pairs of gardening gloves. The order was divided as the gloves were out of stock. The sandals arrived, the quality looks great, super comfortable, and fit perfect. Gardening gloves were much later arriving and I was concerned. They replied to my email immediately and were correct in saying they would arrive shortly, and they came the following day. They have claws, good fit, really neat and I think will be awesome to dig with. Really pleased with this company"

"My shoes are gorgeous and comfortable. They were out of stock but NewChic emailed me and kept me informed of the situation and they arrived in good time. The only reason I don’t give them five stars is that I’m trying to reduce my plastic waste and the order included little polystyrene forms in the shoes to keep their shape which aren’t recyclable, a gift bag which was very synthetic that I don't want, as well as the plastic envelope it was posted in. I wish online shops had a no plastic option for postage. "

"I ordered 3 bras from this site and followed the sizing instructions to the letter, however the items were too small on arrival. I contacted the company and they asked for my measurements then told me that I needed to follow their instructions on sizing which I had already done. I requested a refund but they said that the freight charges for returning items were too expensive and would be my responsibility and would I accept either a 30% discount on further orders or a $19.00 refund into my PayPal account; this would be approximately 1/2 of the original price. I accepted the refund and it was in my account the next day. I realize that it is hard to get the sizing correct on mail order items, especially when coming from China, where people are built differently, and one takes a risk when ordering. I will say that the customer service was excellent and I have no quarrel with this company; they stand by their products and are happy to assist."
