"I started buying from Newchic last year and at first was disappointed with the time it took for the product to arrive, two and a half months to be exact and I have only ever bought shoes from them from the start and must admit I am not disappointed by the quality and the prices. You need to add 1 size up from your normal shoe size and it helps to measure your foot and factor the measurement into the size chart that they provide, I have not had to return any shoes due to size. The colors are as they appear on the website and although the shoes may be misshapen due to shipping, it only takes a few hours of wearing them to get them back into shape. I must say I always read the negative reviews and understand that our experiences may not be the same, however I really have had good customer service ( the live chat is excellent), good quality product and value for money and thus have absolutely nothing to complain about. Their range of products is huge and you can always find what you are looking for.
You must make sure to check your own measurements against theirs as theirs are smaller than the regular ones for shoes and dresses. Once you understand this, their will be no problem.
The after sales service is very useful and the response you get is immediate. They try to satisfy you the best they can and refunds (when it happens) are received within 48 hours."
"Please don't waste your money on this company all the way in China. I assure you that if something goes wrong with your order, the company will do nothing to rectify the situation. They shipped my boots to the wrong address (on PayPal instead of the "Default" address that I requested. Although it is no fault of mine, the company refuses to be accommodating and flexible to negotiate the loss. They kept asking me to check my local Post Office -- who had no idea what happened to my order. PLEASE! Please don't place any orders to NewChic due to the fact that they do not hold themselves responsible for the error. I'm out $100's of US dollars. If something does go wrong, this company is in China and it's hard (impossible) to deal with so far away. If something goes wrong with the order, you're out of luck!"

Not worth it unless you have lots of time to wait in line for customer service chat to see if items are really in stock. One pair of shoes really smells like bad glue. One out of 4 items another pair of shoes seems decent."
