"Like all first time customer of an online website from Asian country I was a little apprehensive and unsure. I ordered 8 cushion covers and several small products. The order were split into 2 by NewChic, the first batch arrived without any trouble within 2 weeks (& yes, the cushion covers were great looking & value for money!), but the second batch (which were just some small brushes) did not arrive. Took me awhile to get the live chat online (perhaps due to time-zone difference?), but once I was able to get through to chat to a customer service officer (it took awhile to connect from NZ), the service was just great. Not only could I print off the chat transcript I even received an email from the customer service directly, showing me the exact delivery tracking info every step of the way. The order was apparently sent off from the co. more than 2 weeks ago. Well, knowing NZ's postal standard (& even my experience of NZ's courier service which was crap) I waited patiently for another week. Then lo and behold, the 2nd package arrived! Happy customer, despite the delay in delivery. I will certainly shop again. Products are at very competitive prices, and even with delivery charges thrown in, they are still value for money compared to the daylight robbery of the stores here in NZ."
"I ordered once from NewChic and the coat didn't fit so I returned it. They NEVER gave me the money back. I made the mistake of ordering from them again on October 5. After many, many emails to find out where my order was, it finally arrived on December 4.
After the company finally gave me notice that they sent my order, they said I could track it on their website. I tried and tried and it wouldn't let me track it. When I told them the problem and I asked them to figure out where my order was, they just replied that I could track it. Very, very unhappy with NewChic and I will never order from them again."

"I was really impressed with NewChic's customer service. My package took a few more days than expected to arrive...which was really unfortunate because I had to leave the country just days before the delivery... but NewChic were really apologetic and redelivered my package for free. It was a long wait, since it had to be sent back before being redelivered...but it was worth it! The team was really nice and helpful and I love my purchase. My only concern was that the standard of English was a little below what I would expect from a company that ships worldwide. But overall I am very happy!"

"Because of the BAD REVIEWS, I was prepared for a long battle over a refund for an item I ordered and received in a wrong size. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE IN MY REFUND MATTER. They did, however, offer me half of the refund amount in addition to giving me the item to keep. I refused because it was of no use to me. I too, was polite throughout the entire refund transaction, although a bit frustrated. It is easy to UNDERSTAND THEIR ATTEMPT IN BARGAINING. This is a business and they do not want to lose money. Any successful business would do the same. No one likes to lose money. But NEWCHIC made sure to satisfy me, their customer, AT THEIR LOSS. They were very quick with replies and proposed solutions. The conclusion is they gave me a FULL REFUND and WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFFESIONAL ABOUT IT. I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The styles and prices are fantastic. The quality of the items is pretty descent. (We get what we pay for) BUT.... The shipping is outrageously high. If shipping costs were made to be reasonable, in my opinion, NEWCHIC would have double the Coustomers...I LOVE THEIR UNIQUE STYLES AND WILL CONTINUE AS THEIR CUSTOMER... thank you NEWCHIC!"
