- After 7 days, I had to call them and ask for cancelation
- AND THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL IT ?!?!?
- AND THE CUSTOMER REP WAS EXTREMELY RUDE ON THE PHONE

"Extremely disappointed with this online shoes seller. I bought from them because they supposedly provided free and easy exchanges. I purchased a pair of merrell shoes online (RETAIL PRICE ONES TOO), fast shipping. The shoes were half size too big, so I went on their website and followed their *exact* instructions to do an exchange. The exchange an item you have to PAY for a new item first and then enter the invoice number of the previous item to get the exchange. I thought, alright that's fair so I went along with purchasing it. After the order was completed, I got a link for the UPS label so I can ship the other pair of shoes back. I click on the link and it did not load. So I tried to call customer service and waited 10 minutes before giving up and sending an email. I waited over a week, then I send another email. No response. Now I have given up, I just want my 90 dollar back so I am going to soak up the shipping costs to ship it back. Hopefully I will GET a refund, knowing how terrible their service has been so far. I'll never buy from them again. The reason I bought these shoes online is because my local store, which charges the same price, didn't have the color I wanted. I buy things online all the time and I've never had such a bad customer service experience. I've even bought from small business stores and everything was always smooth and prompt. I didn't want to buy shoes online, because sizes and widths do vary a little. But I just could not find tennis-walking type shoes in stores in grey or beige. Pretty much all that bricks-and-mortar stores seem to have is black or white.

So I found onlineshoes.com. They had the shoes in the colors I wanted. Before I bought, I came here to resellerratings.com. The good reviews turned out to be accurate. The shoes were shipped fast, and I was sent a UPS tracking number.
