"Decent prices, but what makes crutchfield shine is the service!
I bought a sony reader from them as a birthday gift and wanted to see if they could ship for a Saturday delivery (it was Friday afternoon). I spoke with Frank and he assured me that it would be no problem - in fact, after I placed the order online, he made sure to go to the shipping folks and see that the reader was shipped that day.

"Purchase a macbook that cost less than the apple's education store! Thats not even including the mail in rebate.
Fast shipping (I upgraded to next day air for a very reasonable price - only a $20 difference b'twn 3 day and next day), great prices, and best of all - no sales tax!"

"No problems at all! Purchased two pairs of Chaco's that cost less a pair would have cost locally. Fast shipping (3 business days) and was well packaged.
Every now and then, they have a online clearance - thats when you can save the most money! Otherwise, you might be better off purchasing from zappo's because of their no-hassle return policies."

"Purchased a series of books from amazon; the prices of the books were not the lowest on the web (overstock was even cheaper), but after shipping cost, they were the best price.
The books came very well packaged and fast (2 business days after I had ordered it). They may not ship the fastest in the world unless you upgrade from the free shipping. I've shopped with them since '99 and I have never had any problems with them."

"Great online seller, I've purchased many many things from them in the past 6 years without any problems and they're always quick to ship.
I had the misfortune of purchasing a DFI motherboard, after initially returning one because it failed to POST, the replacement went bad a few months later. By then the mobo was no longer stocked, so newegg refunded the full amount that I had paid the day after they received the mobo. It was handled fast, efficiently, and professionally. I had to pay return shipping, but thats to be expected."
