They immediately acknowledged my questions, stating that they apologized for the delay, but would need a little time to investigate my questions further to insure that their response would be both accurate and as thorough as possible! They followed up the next morning with all my questions answers. As for my order, it was first acknowledged by an e-mail, which contained the tracking information, anticipated ship date and a statement of appreciation for the placing of my order. A notice of shipment with all pertinent information and another expression of appreciation followed. My items were in stock, and my order was processed and shipped the same day that it was placed. Packaging was especially good, as one would hope for, given the delicate nature of the items I ordered. As for the items themselves, I am very pleased with the quality. "Excellent service and excellent products as per the description on the website. When I ordered the goods the website said that orders wouls no be processed until August 13th. On August 13th goods were despatched exactly as promised and,despite a delay of 2 days with English customs and carriers, I received the goods on the 19th August. "I purchased an Xtend-a-View Pro Variable & an Xtend-a-Mount for my camera. Both were shipped the same day and arrived ahead of when I expected them to. Everything that was stated in their website about both of these products were true.
Both the mount and the loupe are quality made products and are one of a kind...very ingenious and innovative. They are well worth the price considering that my camera is now for all intents and puposes an SLR.
