After setting everything up I went to upload the invoice to my insurance portal so I can file a claim for the purchase. The invoice was missing the companies Tax ID. I cannot have the claim processed without that. I went to the Sleeplay website and used the chat option to relay that I needed a Superbill, a bot reply said I would have a response in the chat and a follow up email. It’s been 7 days since and no reply. I have tried calling constituent support however there is never an answer.
So overall, I’m satisfied but as far as continuing to go through Sleeplay for my replacement filters, masks and other supplies, I’m very hesitant."
