"I paid a lot of money for the mini c pap machine because I needed a smaller unit for travel. It is much louder than the larger Res med machine I use normally. I called customer service right away and was told to purchase 3 items, that cost me another $70 to put on this unit. First off, I can't fit all the pieces on, and the ones I have gotten attached haven't changed the noise! Why doesn't the company who makes this machine offer to give these attachments at no cost as many people have complained about this ! Spending $1000.00 snd then more money! No word back from customer service Stacey, as to weather my problem is solved, apparently once you give them your money, , they don't care about you. Very disappointed "
"I love my new Bria’s travel, CPAP. The only thing that would’ve made a difference between the four and five stars is that this was delivered without the ramping up. And I had to call and whoever I spoke to was absolutely wonderful and we went through, and I figured out the ramp up myself. But since it was on my prescription, I kind of thought that it would be coming to me completely set up. If that’s something I’m mistaken about then I would change my rating to five stars."
