"I had a reservation through way.com for airport parking. When I got there, it was a horribly run down place that I did not feel comfortable leaving my car. They said, “We know you have a reservation, but our lot is full. You need to find another lot.” When I asked for a recommendation, he told me where to go and then suspiciously told me I didn’t need to put it in my GPS because he just told me where to go. My reservation cost $5.90 and because I had a flight to catch, I didn’t have time to research for a good rate and so I had to go to another lot, which was nicer but cost me $45.50. I asked way.com for a refund for both parking for the inconvenience, and while they did refund my $5.90, they originally asked for “additional receipts” but when I gave them to them, they said they can not reimburse me for the inconvenience of having to pay extra because of time restraints. I don’t know if this is a scam to get you to go to their more expensive parking garages, but BEWARE!"
"I know Way is just a sales operation but they should check out what they are listing. We Parked through them at Airlot JFK. They were unreachable at 1 am. After 30 minutes of trying we had to Uber to the lot and then it took another 1/2 hour to get our car. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

"I reserved parking for Seatac airport via way.com. All seemed legit until I got to the site and found no proper parking lot, no attendant and no shuttle. It was stressful trying to track them down!
On day of return, I wanted to settle the bill as I had not paid in advance online. The guy told me to pay him $50 cash while my invoice was $31. The guy said the extra fee was for airport tax. I refused to pay him a different price. He then said online price was cheaper and cash price was higher. I think he just wanted to pocket the cash himself! I refused to pay him and I said I would only work with way.com. He then told me way.com actually rented the parking spots from them and therefore, I should pay him and not way.com.... I still refused to pay him. He told me to leave and never to come back to his parking lot!! My advice is: don't use way.com and don't park at 21104 International Blvd, Seattle. You have no idea who you are really dealing with. "
"STAY AWAY! TOTAL SCAM! Showed up at the long term parking I paid in advance for via WAY.com to be told "they no longer have a partnership." We were out of luck and needless to say, missed our flight! Had to reroute to another city, stay overnight, and reboard in the am. Do you think anyone from Way has reached out to me? Nope. My fault for not reading reviews. Check the review around the web, NOT GOOD!"
"Parking attendant refused to honor my reservation. Called way.com and they were useless!!"
"Booked parking (EZ Toronto Airport Park and Fly Parking, 3356 Elmbank Rd, Mississauga, ON, Canada) with Way.com - parking attendant refused to honor Way.com booking in full and requested to pay extra at the car checkout time. Parking attendant advised to contact Way.com to resolve issue and request refund. Did that - Way.com "regretfully" refused to refund parking. Keep away from Way.com"
"The parking place was not available, they sent us to a different parking who didn't want to accept Way.com because they don't pay. Sent 2 emails, still waiting for a response. Of course can't get my money back. Will NEVER use them again!!"
"way.com website for finding and offering the cheap parking lot is totally scam. somebody need to file a law sue to it.
Please make sure don't let way.com to victimize others,
let this scrap shameless way.com go to hell."
"Like others I guess I got suckered into using this Website to book airport parking because of the low price. I booked back in October 2019 for parking near Orlando Airport for 10 days over the Christmas holidays. Got a confirmation, printed it out, even got a reminder from them a few days before, so thought everything was fine.
So my wife and I set off on the morning of Monday 23rd December heading for Gold Park Airport Parking. When we arrived there were at least 6 cars waiting at the entrance, so I had no choice but to stop on a busy road with my hazard lights on. Nothing appeared to be happening so my wife got out of the car only to find that the gates were locked, there was a notice saying the parking lot was full and there was nobody in the front office! All of the people in front of us also had reservations and were just as perplexed as we were. So I phoned the number for the parking lot and the first thing this guy says is "Did you book with Way.com? They do this all the time - they overbook and we just run out of spaces and can't do anything about it. You'll have to find somewhere else to park and get back to them and they will refund your money."
So we had no choice but to move on, the clock was ticking, and we did not want to miss our flight, but I'm sure you can imagine how difficult it was to find an alternative nearby especially a couple of days before Christmas. Eventually we found a place, and had no choice but to pay top $. So instead of the $34 we paid Way.com we now have paid $178!
What really kisses me off is I went back to Way.com, and they sent me a boilerplate reply (which shows me this DOES happen all the time), giving me a refund on my credit card and offering me a paltry $10 credit for a future booking!
So even if I took their measly $10, I would still be $134 out of pocket. I did go back to them saying I was not satisfied with their response and gave them 'til after the holidays to respond but they have not bothered, hence posting this review."
"Purchase 2 Movie tickets online Dec 7th. 2 hours after purchase, kids went to theater. Ticket agent told the kids they were invalid tickets as they were used on October 27th. 10 & 11-year-old kids left stranded outside theater because way.com sold us fake used tickets. Called customer service and was told nothing she can do and that I would have to contact WAY via email. What a joke. Don't use this company as they are not legit resellers of tickets. They gather up used ticket numbers and resell. Customer Service is a joke. Can't help you so go email someone to remedy the problem when they could of just re-issue new tickets when talking with customer service."
"I paid for two days. I stayed for 30 hours. Because I had put my leaving time at 8:30 pm and I left at 11 pm, even though I had till 4 pm of the net day, they charged me for another two days! They don’t even answer the calls and if they do, they say it is not their problem and you have to call the parking. When you call the parking of course, they say you have to call way!!! Never use them for parking. They are bunch of crooks. "
"Here's my letter sent to the CEO of Way.com
Hi Binu,
I'm not sure whether you read your messages on here, but it's worth a shot.
I paid and reserved a car parking space through Way.com for airport parking for the Thanksgiving week. My family and I were traveling from LA to Denver.
We got to the car park at the booked time, only to be told they were fully booked and weren't honoring any reservations!
We were appalled and shocked by this. We didn't need this stressful situation when we had a flight to catch.
I searched again immediately for alternate parking options and Way.com had other suggestions, which I knew I should't rely on as clearly bookings made through the website mean nothing, but I was under immense pressure to find a quick solution, so took my chances.
We managed to park at another hotel for a higher cost and get to the airport but an hour later than anticipated due to the stress of the first booking denying us.
I wrote to Way.com asking to be refunded for my old and new booking as that was the very least that should have happened considering the stress your company put us through, but I was offered $5 off my next booking!
I've just recently had surgery, so didn't need this situation - traveling with a young child and an elderly parent is stressful enough and when arrangements have been made and paid for, its very hard to deal with last second hassles such as parking!
I really hope you'll be able to look into this as there's a fundamental flaw in your business model if customers spend time researching/reserving deals though your website only for them to be cancelled by the 3rd party seller at the point of service.
Sincerely
Insiya

"This is a horrible company. We paid for our reservation ahead of time w them and when we got to the parking lot they wouldn’t honor our reservation. We almost missed our flight and this caused a considerable amount of stress and way.com didn’t seem to care at all about my situation."
"Never ever book on Way.com people. My flight arrived late and the Holiday INN stops shuttling at 10pm. I call ed them at 945PM to pick me up and they said they cannot. So I took a uber that costed me $25 for picking up my car and my total for arranging transportation came to $65 for which I could have booked an uber without using my car. REMEMBER: WAY.COM resellers are fishy and are NOT DEPENDABLE"
"Complete disaster! Made online reservation and followed the address when we got there there was no parking office or even parking lot. I called the number on the reservation and no one picked up. After 15 minutes a guy in pajamas and rented van showed up and asked to leave our keys with him. He took the car somewhere and came back to drive the van to the terminal. When we arrived back at JFK after the trip, we called for the shuttle pick up but no one answered. I had to take a taxi to the location of my car since I have GPS installed in the car. The government should shut down these people."
