"Called multiple times to check on my order and even speaking with a representative there was no effort in looking up the shipment dates, quote for international shipping and in production process. The representative simply stated "I am not sure and did not manage to call back as he stated he would". Secondly, there was no effort to follow up via email or telephone with the order even after the "computers were down". I understand technology isn't always on our side but again there seems to be a pattern of not following through. After I asked if I should cancel, the representative gave me yet another task and cancel it myself instead of persuading me to the least to keep the order. I personally made the order over two weeks ago and still the order was not close to be completed. The product looks fantastic but I was extremely dissatisfied with lack of customer service and communication. Will not be a future customer.

"The ordering process was fairly easy. The downfall was my production start date was originally 12/1 then it was 12/14 now its 12/16. At this rate I don't know if they actually plan on producing my product. Nearly a month from order date to projected production date and pushing it back further and further? I'll look somewhere else next time I want a gift like this."

"I didn't realize I took my photo on "small" which would have yielded a pixelated 16 x 20 print. The staff caught my error and gave me the opportunity to resize my original. The completed result was outstanding and arrived timely. I have had complements from everyone who has seen it. "
