"I really like the general look of the wood prints. The photo impression looks very cool. The layering of wood makes the piece look very dynamic. However, I was dissatisfied with the finishing, or lack there of, in regards to sanding. The cross signature on the back created lots of splinters and wood shavings that I will have to manually take sandpaper to before I can give away the 17 prints ordered as gifts. Also the slot on the easel that secures the print is jagged and not smooth, so I will need to take sandpaper to that as well. It is ironic to me that a company who's primary good is wood would let products go out the door un-sanded."

"Ordered a vertical 12 x 36 print on wood. Website only allowed horizontal, so I had to rotate file in photoshop before submitting. Since the picture was a bit abstract, they mistakenly printed it upside down! When I called them to see what we could do about this, Woodsnap graciously offered to reprint it. As it turned out, my husband was able to route another hanging channel at the appropriate end, so a reprint was not necessary. Love the color and woodgrain showing through. Will order again and be careful to specify which way is up!"
