"The order was placed on November 30th. In the FAQ (FAQ states maximum 1 week for holiday production time not including shipping) and through live chat I was informed initially that the production would complete on December 9th and that's when it would ship out. I have chosen 4 ~ 10 days shipping thinking that would be enough time to get the product by the 23rd, before I leave to spend my time with my family. On the 7th of December, my wood print was still not finished. When I contacted for support, I was told that they will work on it and send it ASAP. I contacted WoodSnap again on the 11th, as I knew that my print is still unfishned. I asked for shipping to be upgraded. WoodSnap upgraded my shipping to 4 days, which shouldn't even happen in the first place. Now December 15th, I still have not received notice that the product was made. They are taking 2 WEEKS+, today being the 15th day since the day I ordered my wood print for a Christmas present. I have no faith in WoodSnap for future orders, if they cannot give me an exact estimate or updates on my Order. As soon as possible answer or working hard as they can is not enough. Maybe an apology or realistic estimate of when the print will be made would be better. They should've had a warning label stating the production would take 2 ~ 3 weeks, to set people's expectations of how long the production would take. Are they punishing me for not choosing the Rush My Order option ? Should I have rushed the order to actually get the product on time ? Regardless to say, my experience with WoodSnap was a horrific one. Looking at other reviews, looks like I am not the only one in this boat.
Plan to Rush your Order or prepare to wait 3 weeks or more with production + shipping time. "
"I received an invitation to provide a review before my order has even shipped, so it's hard to comment! The order acknowledgement said the order would be processed in 4-7 days, but more than two weeks later my order is still 'in production'.I'm hoping it's worth the wait!"
"Taking longer than stated when I placed the order and now items may not arrive in time for the holidays. Sure, there is increased volume at the holidays but it took two weeks to get a digital proof. At the time I placed the order the shipping estimate was yesterday and according to the reply to my proof approval, my order of 7 pieces (only 1 required proof approval) hadn't yet gone to production. I will be very disappointed if this order does not arrive next week."

"I love how unique the pictures look on wood & WoodSnap does a fantastic job at that. However, I have no idea when I'm supposed to be getting the actual picture. The invoice does say four-ish days to create and then four to ten days for shipping, but a tracking number for whatever shipping company WoodSnap uses would help tremendously, especially during the holiday season."

"I love the prints I've received in the past, but I still haven't received my most recent order. I called today to check, and it still hasn't gone into production. When I told my client when to expect their order, I based it off of the timeline given to me at checkout, and now that it's been delayed with no explanation it's making me and my business look disorganized. I understand that WoodSnap is probably slammed with orders, right now, but I would have appreciated notice that my client's order was going to take extra time for completion and I could have communicated it to them. "
