"Although my credit card was charged immediately, I have not received a proof of my order which I should have gotten 10 days ago. I have called customer service and was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. Emailed and received no response. So I have no product, no communication, and no confidence. I want a refund! "

"I loved my first order from Woodsnap and have been excited to order gifts for my entire family for Christmas.
I ordered on November 30, assuming it would give me plenty of time to get everything in time for the holidays.
I've called 2 times (1 week and 2 weeks after placing my order) and have been reassured that I'd receive proofs "the next day." I tried calling yet again today, only to discover that you've stopped answering the phones.
The worst customer service experience I've had. I was eager to recommend your products, but will be sure to warn others not to use your company.

"I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience ordering from WoodSnap. I placed an order on November 22nd and still have not received my order. However, they did manage to charge my credit card on the day the order was placed. On the order tracking section of the website, my order is listed as "in production." It now has been 16 business days since I placed my order. I'm further frustrated by the fact that I've sent two emails to WoodSnap inquiring about the delay and received no response. There is no way I will order from them again. "

"Since placing my order, it has been 11 business days and I have not received any notification of my order being completed or shipped. I expected some delays to the 4-7 business days outlined as typical to complete an order due to the time of year, but at this point expected to have notification that my item was ready to be shipped. Hoping that when my order finally arrives, it will make up for any delays I have experienced."

"I still haven't received my order. I have "left messages" & not heard a response, when I call no one answers. I ordered these ornaments on December 1st. It has been over 2 weeks & they are still in the "editing" phase. If there was a problem, I should have been notified, I could have easily resized the photos if that was the problem, but instead I'm still left waiting with 9 days until Christmas. I want a refund, "

"TERRIBLE SERVICE. I HAVE EMAILED AT LEAST 5 TIMES - NO RESPONSE. THEY TOOK PAYMENT OVER 17 DAYS AGO, AND I STILL HAVE NO ETA ON MY PHOTO. CANNOT GET THEM TO TELL ME ANYTHING.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

"I placed my order on Dec 1. On Dec 8 I contacted customer service to see when my order would be shipped. It still hadn't gone into production one week later! and I was told it would take another 7-10 business days. When I said that would mean I'd receive the product after Christmas, I was told that I could pay to rush the order. Since they didn't warn me at the time of ordering that they were backlogged, I suggested that they pay for the rush order. I was told by the customer service representative that they would rather cancel and refund my order ($50) than pay the rush charge ($15). I opted to get a refund and was told that I would receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. Dec 15 and still no email confirmation of my refund. I now have to follow up to make sure I get my refund. Very dissatisfied with this service."

Called customer service last night and they said they would express ship, but there was still no guarantee of delivery. Would have ordered sooner if I realized there would be this much of a delay."
