"I purchased several drives and a PC2100 Memory DIMM. Either through my error or ? I received 128 when I needed a 256. When I asked about an exchange I was told there would be a $15 restock fee on top of the price for a new 256. The 128 billed out at $27. I believe their fee to be very excessive. Long, long, hold time plus high restock fee... I'll never buy here again. "

"I purchased a radeon 9600XT (Sapphire) from Z-Buy and it did not come with Half Life 2. The box I recieved is listed as a LITE Retail version, however on their website is listed as Retail. The website also states that it is bundled with " HALF-LIFE 2 full retail version in addition to other hot titles depending on my region.
So, I did not get the half-life coupon that should have come with the (unsealed) box. I let the company know and eventually let me know that they will send me the coupon. The last email the sent was January 30th.. it is now Feb. 11 and still no coupon in the mail.

I suggest not buying from this company.. even if I get my coupon I will probably not give this company any more of my money."
