"Purchased a LM-208 10/100 switch (switching hub) from them. I used the coupon code from Pricewatch.com to get a free shipping deal. The switch was already only $15, which is a very good deal (price is normaly $25-$35). The free shipping only sweetened the deal for me. Buying from them was easy and painless, and they did e-mail me a receipt. The switch came 3 days later, no damage the box or it's contents. Switch works perfectly. The switch is very lightweight and simple, making it perfect for small LAN parties. Overall, I am very satisfied with this company, and plan to do business with them again. They appear to have good prices on other products. My only compaints are that shipping costs without the coupon codes are a bit high ($8 for USPS priority) and that the logout button on their page doesn't work properly, meaning to 'log out' I had to delete the cookies for this site off my hard drive (potentially dangerous on public machines)."

"Absolutely the FASTEST delivery time I've ever experienced, online or offline. The product was delivered within FOUR (4) days of my order AND that was during the Christmas rush. "ordered day before thanksgiving, one week later and the order was still "processing". I emailed ****@**** informing them that I was aware of their recent complaints and that I wanted them to either ship out my small 8port switch withen the next 3 business days or give me a full refund. The Next day I recieved an email saying that the product was shipped. And the following night (2 days after the email I sent), I recieved the product through fedex express. Excelent pricewatch deals, slow service, good cusotmer support (but I shouldn't have to resort to it)."

"I needed replacement of a floppy drive that I recently purchased. The drive was noisy and the disk was scraping on the drive heads. They said that if the drive worked and if the data could be read that the drive was not defective. I say they don't want to support a product because the markup on a floppy drive is negligible. Lousy RMA department--they were not customer oriented at all. I felt like I was making arguing with an insurance adjuster!"

"date of ordering:12-02-03 This is day 3 since ordering from this company. All I have recieved to date is an automated e-mail stating order confirmation,which was nice. So I call them on day 3 via their online phone number only to be able to leave a message on an answering machine. I called my personal account to see if my card had been debited and it has not. So I patiently await for a reply. Any live response will do. *Edit/Update* dated:12-05-03 10:00 P.M EST (approx.) I have recieved an e-mail stating item shipped! I also checked my online status and was pleased to find a tracking number tho to early for any data. debit card shows no activity as of yet. *Edit/Update* dated:12-10-03 11:00 A.M EST (approx.) I never attemped again to use the tracking number so can not reply to its use. Debit card showed useage/debit on 12-08-03 Recieved product 12-10-03 as advertised,but with a Bonus of software to use with product purchased. Packaging was bubble wrap(nicely wrapped) and Priority Mail envolopes used as filling in an oversized USPS Priority Mail box,loosely packaged. All in all once I e-mailed & left a message on their online phone number,it took 6 days total to recieve item ordered.(including weekend), not bad from one side of the coast to the other. It would be nice to speak to someone instead of automationed e-mail,message machine responses. For low cost items desired from this company the pros outweight the cons,IMO."

"Price was excellent and they did say they shipped out the hard drive the day after I ordered it. However, it took two and a half weeks to arrive via USPS. I know the US Mail is legendary at taking long but I have to question when Acortech actually sent the box. The box arrived in perfect condition. Packaged inside was the hard drive, very protected. On the negative, after 2 weeks I wrote to Acortech... received no reply. Next day, forwarded the email again... received no reply. Third day forwarded again, this time adding the owner's name and I received the following reply... "Please wait for another 2 days, We had already contected the USPS customer service. Please email me another 2 days.""

"I order a specific keyboard, and received a different one in the mail. I'm awaiting information on how to get the correct one (the one I got will not even work. the whole QWERTY row is broken) but I'm guessing they'll require me to ship back their mistake which will raise the price of the keyboard far beyond what I could have gotten a better one for. I'll update this if/when they contact me. -- Update on 12/06/2003 It's been almost a month but I finally got a replacement for the incorrect & broken unit. It seems their customer service takes on average 4+ business days to reply and their staff does not talk to each other. The $2.35 I saved on my purchase was not worth the time I wasted, but they eventually DID come through. To put it shortly: good prices, bad customer service, extremely bad packaging (for the first shipment), but not scammers. If you have patience, then it may be worth it for you."

"I ordered a 60GB HD as listed on pricewatch.com. However, the pricewatch listing shows the drive for $44 + $4.90 shipping, but that wasn't the price I got when I pushed the 'buy' button. And unfortunately, I couldn't find a 'coupon code' location to enter the 'pricewatch' coupon. :-/"
