don't buy in banggood
"I purchased a 3d printer. The delivery took 1 and a half month. Since the begginning the printer didn"t work. And the after sales doesn't respond. Awful"

My orders are cancelled due to extra shipping cost lie!
"I have bought 3 same products from Banggood at the same time. One is shipped and delivered successfully, but other two orders aren't shipping and Banggood requested extra shipping costs after successfully paying the products! I bought them in 26 Dec. and still they aren't shipped. Banggood insists on getting extra money for unshipped products! Really tired of their slow process. If Banggood want to have a happy VIP5 customer, I want my orders to be shipped without extra costs! Then I may revise my review about his order"

Perfection for the Minnesota Winters (and low cost too!)
"I purchased the Hcalory Electric Heated Gloves on a whim to try out this site that was new to me. I'm happy that I did! The gloves charged a lot faster than I had anticipated, making me think (cynically) that the heat would be short-lived, but there I was wrong. There have been two instances this winter (so far) that I have used them and in both instances, there wasn't a reduction in the strength of the heat nor the length of time it lasted (at least 30 minutes each time at the lowest setting).
I will also add that the $50 pricetag was more than I usually would pay, but again, I must eat my words, because they are worth it and needed in this Minnesota climate where it can get to be minus thirty (the actual temperature) with a windchill of minus eighty!"

"The ordered scooter had several issues (the package was intact).
1. tire
2. accumulator eject button
3. some hole misalignments in the frame, I was unable to assemble the scooter.
Their solution would be to provide some replacement parts only.
My recommendation was to collect the scooter from me and repair it and than send me back ( not refund ).
They answered only :"They are waiting an answer from the supplier".
So, no solution, no repair, no partial refund.
Do not by from Banggood !"

An awesome little drone
"It is as advertised and more!! I have bought 4 drones in the $40 range AND THIS LITTLE PUPPY OUTCLASSES THEM!!!!! The auto altitude is fantastic, I have not tried outside yet but am looking forward to it. It came 2 weeks early from projected delivery date.
I purchased along with camera to put on the eachine 017 they are awesome for my kids to learn with. Indoor flying in not a problem, it casually bounces off walls and objects
I am using this as practice for FPV and soldering to build own 7inch drone Tested out of box works great. I will be purchasing items from BANGGOOD AGAIN SOON!!!!!!!"

Atrocious service
"I ordered a chair. They did not ship the item after a month. There were no communications. I need to contact their reps and the rep said the colour I ordered is out of stock. I asked to switch to another colour and the rep said I need to pay for the price difference which is completely ridiculous. When I ordered the item it was during a promotion and all the colours were in the same price. They are not sorry for delaying the shipment and do not provide any useful solutions.
Would not recommend anyone to buy from this site unless you are ready to be disappointed."
