"The only issue I had with the process is the sizing. I had to return shoes twice to be changed to a bigger size. The sizing chart was very confusing and did not help at all. They run very, very small, my daughter is a 13 and I had to get a 3 for her to get her toes into."

I was told that it would be shipped between 5- 7 working days?? This is very disappointing as I am waiting for the package for a birthday gift for 4 girls.
