"Terrible, order at your own risk. Ordered 5 shirts over 2 months ago. Have not recieved full shipment. Contacted customer service and have been put on permanent ignore.
Finally made the order right, other than the problems with the delivery the shirts are very good quality."

"This is the second time I have had a problem with shipping. Shipping says 5-7 days. Yesterday was the eighth day and I just got a notice that the package was sent yesterday after leaving them a message. Both times I did not get my order in time. I will choose to buy elsewhere from now on as I see another similar review."

"Super fast shipping! I bought soft soled reel shoes for my daughter. My only complaint is that, as a first time buyer of this type of shoe, I was relying on their expertise to be accurate in the sizing department. Their recommendation to go down a size from my daughters dress shoe size was not the best advice. Luckily, I opted to order her shoes in her current dress shoe size at the advice of her dance instructor, as she will be wearing these shoes for the remainder of this dance season as well as next, this would allow for some growth. The shoes arrived, and are pretty snug. That's being generous. We opted to keep them, because she needs them right now, and they are all leather so they will stretch a bit, but there is definitely no room for growth. All in all, a very positive experience with Keily's - the order was processed, shipped and received within 2 business days, all for standard shipping charges. I will definitely order from them again - I'll just use my own judgment on sizing."
