"Just purchased a motherboard combo from Monarch, and all I can say is WOW! what a great company, the order process through shipping went exceptionally well.
Another online store had the same item with free shipping, so "JoeF" posted on Anandtech forums, that anyone with that order from Monarch, would have their shipping upgraded free at no charge, which for me, turned out to be free next day.
Not only did JoeF give the free upgraded shipping, but he also sent me an email informing me that my order was on it's way to my house. I thought that was very considerate, since he took it upon himself to keep me informed.I didn't even have to ask. JoeF went out of his way to help me out.
I highly recommend Monarch, JoeF and his coworkers took great care of me, and because of that,I know where I'll be shopping in the future.

"I bought a near-complete system from Monarch with intentions to finish it off with parts I glommed from ebay. The system I bought from Monarch was as follows:
Athlon 64 3200+
2GB Corsair 3200XL
Connect 3D ATI X800XL Video
DFI Lanparty Ultra UT NF4 Mobo
Hitachi 160GB SATA HD
NEC DVD-RW DL
Thermaltake Tsunami Dream
Enermax 535W SLI-Capable PS
You get the idea. They said the system would take 8-15 business days to assemble, test and ship. In the meantime I had several conversations with sales support before I actually hit the order button to make sure I was getting exactly what I thought I was getting, and they were extremely helpful. If you call, ask for Will - great job! The system arrived on the early side of their timeframe estimate and I could follow it through each production stage while they were building and testing. When I got the system it was in a ginormous box that was bigger than the Fed-Ex guy and they had packed it VERY well, with all manuals and parts that came with the retail components in a separate box neatly arranged, not just tossed in. In the system they had tied off all the cables in the case so the case was clean and ran cool, included a "Welcome" type letter and a shipping label with RA# just in case. They even included a master driver CD with current drivers since I didn't buy an OS with they system.
I admit I was skeptical to buy from them not being all that familiar, but in all my buying experiences (alot), this was the best by far, in a league of it's own. Absolutely recommended to anyone building a system. Fantastic company!! Thanks"

"I've previously purchased computers from many sources including XI Computer, Dell and others but my recent purchase from Monarch Computer was unquestionably the best experience I've had with any computer manufacturer. I chose Monarch because of their reputation for building high quality systems and they definitely lived up to it with my computer.
After configuring my own system online I called them for answers to a couple of configuration questions and they were extremely helpful. I then ordered the system and tracked it online thru the entire manufactuing process. It was very nice to watch its progress as it passed the many different Monarch quality control tests etc.
The computer arrived on time and has worked flawlessly since being received.
Monarch built an exceptional computer that was configured exactly to my specifications at a very reasonable cost. They will get all of my business in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a computer system in the future.
I rarely take the time to post comments about a purchase but in this case I felt it was time to make an exception especially when a company exceeded my expectations! Good job Monarch!"
