Went and placed the order and after 2 hrs i got an email saying my phone is not in stock in NONE of the colors. now to get my money back they said i need to initiate a very complicated return process -3- It is extremely hard to get them on the phone. The 347 nr nobody ever answers and the 929 nr you need to call about 10 times and press different random options until THE SAME person answers."

"I ordered a Galaxy S8 that was advertised as "new open box". The phone I received was obviously well used and broken. They ignored my requests for a return label so I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Finally, 6 weeks later, they issued a return label. Now I received an email back saying they received my return and will be charging a 15% restocking fee. So they actually have the nerve to try and charge me $45 to return a phone that was falsely advertised!"

Emailed company about missing part and they replied they do not come with the phone. It states on their description that they are include. BUYER BEWARE. BBB rating "F". Communication is a nightmare. It takes them more than a week to reply. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company because they simply didn't reply.
Then they finally replied and I had to ship the phone back.
Returning is a nightmare. You have to pay for return shipping yourself.

I received exactly what I ordered and received it in time expected. S9 open box. Great condition. Tracked via USPS and delivered on time. Great value and excellent service. I didn't expect a factory sealed brand new phone. If you want a good value, you shouldn't either. Also, dont order without a method of shipping with tracking. Case was good quality. I purchased a phone, not only it didn't match their description, they claim to be new, but it has scratches on it and generic cheap accessories (AC & USB Cord). "I placed an order for an Iphone 8. Took more than 2 weeks to get it. When I got it, it was wrong (parts missing and wrong charger). Sent it back for refund, they charged me 15 % of the total price ($84). In other words, they got my order wrong and still charged me for their mistake. Wish I can find a way to sue them for misleading customers. Do yourself a favor a NEVER EVER order anything from this company.
