the phone that is in stock is NOT in stock
"-1-I submitted a ticket to check if the battery for a refurbished phone is good enough and never heard back -2- i spent an hour trying to call them and finally talked to a guy. Went and placed the order and after 2 hrs i got an email saying my phone is not in stock in NONE of the colors. now to get my money back they said i need to initiate a very complicated return process -3- It is extremely hard to get them on the phone. The 347 nr nobody ever answers and the 929 nr you need to call about 10 times and press different random options until THE SAME person answers."

Complete Frauds!
"I ordered a Galaxy S8 that was advertised as "new open box". The phone I received was obviously well used and broken. They ignored my requests for a return label so I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Finally, 6 weeks later, they issued a return label. Now I received an email back saying they received my return and will be charging a 15% restocking fee. So they actually have the nerve to try and charge me $45 to return a phone that was falsely advertised!"

"Please don't buy any iphone unlocked mobiles in N1 Wireless. They cheated us selling locked iphone mobiles. I brought iphone 7 and after using 6 months. The mobile was locked and unable to unlock the mobile. I send email to them and they response is worse than worst."

Not what was advertized!
"4-23-19 Purchased Samsung S8. Sold as open box. Came in a Generic Box and was missing ($99) Ear Buds and product information. Emailed company about missing part and they replied they do not come with the phone. It states on their description that they are include. BUYER BEWARE. BBB rating "F". I did not search the web before I bought from them. Now I see they are known for bad customer service and products sold not as advertised. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

Horrible experience altogether
"I bought a "new" phone from them.
The phone wasn't new. It was refurbished but I paid a price of a new phone.
Communication is a nightmare. It takes them more than a week to reply. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company because they simply didn't reply.
Then they finally replied and I had to ship the phone back.
Returning is a nightmare. You have to pay for return shipping yourself.
Do yourself a favor - don't buy from them at all."

Dishonest!
"Open box means: open but never used!!! Be AWARE first they charged your card card than ship your used phone! My phones were previously used with at&t and arrived full of apps and applications with aftermarket charger only ! Without any proof of purchase or return label! Impossible to reach via phone or email!! I'm contacting the state attorney's office and fox news investigation reporter they need to be exposed ASAP!!!!"

"I was really concerned about this purchase after reading a lot of negative reviews. Looking closer, I think a lot of people set unrealistic expectations. I received exactly what I ordered and received it in time expected. S9 open box. Great condition. Tracked via USPS and delivered on time. Great value and excellent service. I didn't expect a factory sealed brand new phone. If you want a good value, you shouldn't either. Also, dont order without a method of shipping with tracking. Case was good quality. Didn't care for screen protector."

The worst online shopping experience
"This is the worst online store I have ever used. They have no respect for their customers, there is no communication even when you try to contact them via phone or emails. I purchased a phone, not only it didn't match their description, they claim to be new, but it has scratches on it and generic cheap accessories (AC & USB Cord). I ended up paying to ship it back to them and disputing the charges. I lost the shipping cost, but most important, the countless time trying to get in touch with them, sending several emails, calling and contacting my CC bank. It took over a month to see a simple message from them after the dispute was already completed. Bottom line, if you value your time and do not like to be aggravated with such bad online shopping experience, you should never buy from this people. The worst company ever!
"I placed an order for an Iphone 8. Took more than 2 weeks to get it. When I got it, it was wrong (parts missing and wrong charger). Sent it back for refund, they charged me 15 % of the total price ($84). In other words, they got my order wrong and still charged me for their mistake. Wish I can find a way to sue them for misleading customers. Do yourself a favor a NEVER EVER order anything from this company.
Customer service wasn't at all efficient."
