Poor delivery - missing item
"I did not recieve any information/status of the shipment or delivery. When the delivery did arrive one of the 3 items I ordered was missing. There was no packing list with the delivery and I do not know if this items was backorded or in transit."

"I ordered a set of RB30 running boards and was told they were eligible for rapid ship only to find out that only the brackets were and the actual running boards are on back ordered. Not to happy about the lack of information. Feel lied too."

Shipped to wrong address
"I ordered my rims online, out of caution, I decided to call them to enquire about a question I had. The agent told me that they didn't have the rims in stock. So she cancels my order. Then she comes back and said, we do have them but they are not made in the USA but we do have them. They were 12 bucks more than the other ones. No big deal. Well, I ordered them, give them all my info including the shipping address. then get an email for tracking and they shipped them to my old address. What a mess. After 4 calls now, they said they are trying to get in touch with the vendor to have them shipped back to sender and reship them to the correct address. Hopefully, they get this fixed."

Rep was useful but messed up my discount
"The rep was helpful in selecting a product. I requested a 10% discount and after reaching out to his manager (for an extended time), he did get approval to give me the discount.
UNFORTUNATELY - it wasn't until I received the order receipt by email 20 minutes after the call / purchase that I could see that he applied a $10 discount and NOT the 10% as promised.
I called the rep back immediately and left a message - have NOT received a return call yet nor have I received the price adjustment."

Mor Money, Poor Quality!
"Ordered a hard tonneau cover for my truck, when it arrived it was packaged without any of its mounting information and hardware. I had a very limited selection to choose from due to my travel time constraints. Because of that, they pushed the sale of their higher price covers to get the required rapid delivery.
It was fast, so fast they didn’t pack the correct parts….thats their quality standard.
Unfortunately, the only purpose and reason for buying it made the thing useless. Called customer service after opening it and was told it would be at least 2-3 “business” days before anything could be done - go figure.
Fun trip, our travel belongings suffered through the rain, snow and muddy road conditions.
Final thought, the sales and customer service reps were professional, but that must be all Real Truck focused on. Get the sale and then deal with the poor manufacturing, packaging and shipping issues after. Must have skipped the ‘quality’ aspect of the whole process.
Guess I have a sweet useless paperweight now.
One last thing, thanks for reminding me that if I send it back to you, I need to ensure all the parts are properly sealed in the packaging. Good job!!
Would hate for you to be missing anything.
