"All product that I have purchased are of low quality, banners fading within a 12 months, t-shirts very low quality fabric falling apart in the wash as well as fading after a couple of time's in the wash. They have no control or knowledge of the delivery service and will not mail to P.O Box's anymore. When trying to get help they give the runaround and blame anyone but themselves. Highly do not recommend doing business with Vistaprint in any form."

This was an order for my father's memorial service. No time to get it done locally now. At least they offered to get the money they took instantly back into my account within five business days.

"I thought I was ordering personalized note cards that folded to give as a gift. I got flat note cards that can’t be used, and they weren’t cheap. $35 for 40 flat cards. I still haven’t figured out if it was my mistake or theirs, but the order does say flat notes. I recommend using an in store print service and not an online service. I wasted $35 and they don’t even come in a box - just flat wrapped in plastic. I can’t give them as a gift."
"I needed inexpensive business cards. Typically I order through Moo because they have a great product but they are pricey. I loved how my simple cards came out. I got an order of 250 cards for about $19. I did choose options that I thought would still look decent in case the quality wasn't great. Basically, black font, untextured card that looks like cork board on the front. I'm honestly very happy - came out exactly like the photo. Be smart with your options and you can get a great business card on the cheap!
Also - ordered cards on the 18th and received them on the 26th (standard shipping)."
"The site advertises 500 business cards for 9.99. Of course one expects to pay more once shipping and taxes are added in. However, I selected one of the 9.99 designs and it continued to show the price as 9.99 while I selected the correct fonts and colors to make a good card. ONLY when I hit the checkout button did the price suddenly surge to over $20, which did not include shipping. Yes, I hit the back button to check if I had not misunderstood the pricing. I confirmed that the card design I selected was being quoted as 9.99 up until the point that I wanted to pay. This company is being dishonest in order to siphon business away from more honest and upfront companies. Folks, let's not penalize the companies that are being upfront with pricing. Don't allow companies like vistaprint to lower standards like this."
"My company have had been using Vistaprint's services for over a year and they do great work at very reasonable prices. Until one Sunday morning we kept getting phone calls to our personal cell phone number. We were asleep and kept rejecting the calls. We finally answered to a sales person from Vistaprint. We asked them where they got our personal number and they stated that they sifted through past orders until they found a number that would pick up. This is slimy and unethical and very unprofessional to harass customers on a weekend, a Sunday and early morning when people are still asleep. We asked to escalate this issue to a supervisor three times and each time the "help" rep stated that a supervisor would call or email. They never did. We will never us Vistaprint again. It is too bad. They had a good thing going until they got desperate to make money."
"Ordered fridge magnets -2x3.5 on 6/3. they shipped out on 6/4. Received 6/8, 7 hours before estimated delivery time. For any product with a custom design, I think that is excellent turn around time. Package was well packed with a box inside a bag. No damage. upon opening, there were 25 magnets like I ordered, plus 1 dummy with a small version of the image. I guess if I ordered multiple images this would have been more useful. The image quality is very good.The overall magnet quality is very good. I have seen other complaints about them being very thin, and they are. when holding an card on the fridge, there is a slight bump that is visible, but these were received at a price less than half of the competitors that I have seen. Highly recommended."

"I have never had a worse customer service experience. I ordered 500 folded business cards and paid extra to have them design my card so I wouldn't have to worry about size requirements, blurry images, etc. Loved the first design, but my first batch of cards did not have the design that I paid them extra to create, and the ink would strip along the fold (customer rep said they made the fold before the ink dried and it wasn't because of the black background, spoiler alert she was wrong). So I got a round of free business cards, the second batch had the background but the ink was still stripping. So then I paid another fee to have the design department re-edit my original business card. They ignored all of my notes and made a new business card entirely instead of editing the previous one. Paid another fee to have a LiveDesign conference so I can just get it done - and then they never made the appointment. After waiting on the line and being put on hold for an hour, I gave up, made the design myself, and placed the order. The only thing they knew how to do was give me a free replacement batch since what they gave me originally was garbage, I guess they have to do it a lot so it makes sense that was the one area they succeeded. Never again."
