DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAP, SHADY MERCHANDISER. If I can give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a telepresence robot from them and as soon as I unboxed it I noticed that it looks slightly worn in places and the metal parts that connects to the charger had discolorations. Indeed the quality was garbage, the magnet that's supposed to be glued on the robot came right off, and the glue residue was everywhere. The rubber tire which allows the robot to move broke, so now it can't even move. The service is absolutely horrendous, they told me that because the item is the clearance and that 30 days has passed, I am unable to get refund or store credit, even after I explained to them that the item was used and I hadn't examined it in detail for a while before using it because I didn't need it for 2 months until I traveled abroad. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service at this company, they should have at the minimum offered store credit for returning the robot."

WARNING!!! Lies, deceit, self-serving business.
"This travel agency is disgusting. I called Exploretrip to cancel a flight that the airline was offering full refund on, and an Exploretrip agent lied to me that the airline is only offering full refund for flights flying prior to March 2020, but since my flight is for April 2020, the flight is not eligible for full refund, he only offered me 60% refund. However I just got off the phone with the airline and they said that they do not have such restriction at all, and it's full refund for this flight! Exploretrip, you are such a deceitful and self-serving piece of trash. I will give the worst review on as many sites as possible and make sure Exploretrip pay for their disgusting business practice."

Why can't you guys properly add freq. flyer number for Porter?
"I have asked and asked again tens of times to attach my flight reservation to my VIPorter account but you guys never do it properly. I never receive the attachment and have to bother the Porter customer service to manually add it for me. This is becoming so annoying. Sickening. Get it right."
