Of course, no refund, but a manufacturers replacement policy where I pay the shipping to return the failed part, an extra $35. The process for the new part took about two weeks. RockAuto policy is that there is no customer service person to speak with. Never again will I order auto parts on the internet, next time I will stop at the local NAPA Auto parts store."
