"Ordered a jar of Kent R/O Marine powder. Jar arrived completely opened and spilled into the box. I sent an email with a picture of the spilled contents to customer service. I was told by the CS supervisor that "the contents were still perfectly usable". I was offered a refund which was never issued. I will not recommend this online store to anyone."

"Being new to cellular phones I had many questions to search for answers. I did not want to be locked into one cellular provider so I purchased an unlock phone (mid priced), then went one for a search of a prepaid cell provider so that I could have some time to test the quality of service provided. When my research led me to MetroPCS prepaid I called the local store for answers to my must have services in my phone. In order of importance: 1. WiFi Calling 2. Unlimited calling 3. Unlimited Text 4. Roaming 5. Excellent coverage. MetroPCS clerk at the store assured me that they had everything that I wanted and more. I took my new phone to the store. handed it to the clerk and reiterated every important feature and that I was in the dark about setting all this up. The clerk took my phone added a SIM card and spend a half hour setting up the account on his terminal. Leaving the store a happy camper, I returned home where I cannot get cell tower reception of any grade inside my home because of the solid concrete firewalls separating the condos, I switched my phone over to WiFi to access my wireless Verizon Fios router to make a call. Nothing. Assuring me that my phone would make WiFi calls by the clerk, I did some investigating that lead me to the conclusion that the phone I purchased did not have a WiFi calling feature in the code and the clerk had lied to me. Having to wait until the next day to call MetroPCS to cancel the service because they were closed to ask for a refund of the prepaid service, I was informed, after some background discussion between the clerk and manager, that they would not refund because I did not ask for the refund the same day. I called the corporate customer service line, which I discovered was designed in a way that you could never reach a living representative, and believe it or not a was so relentless from being ripped off that I actually frustrated the automatic voice menu, it finally said it was putting me through to a representative. After hearing the standard blurb that the call volume was high and I would have to wait, the phone system promptly hung up on me. Conclusion: CAN YOU SAY CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK REQUEST!"

"I ordered from this company and received no email updates. They do not reply to email, respond to ticket system or answer the phone. I wrote to cancel the order because I don't trade with sellers like this. I wish I had read the ratings here before placing an order. Looks like I'll have to process a PayPal Claim. Goodbye forever AllHDD :("

"This CPU (Dell Optiplex GX620) meets my needs - small, almost book-size, computer. The only complaint I have is that the CMOS battery was in need of replacing as indicated by the boot up screen message. Being a computer nut I always have a new one in my drawer, so no worries there. Other than that, I am very satisfied with its performance. It was purchased for my 73 year old mother to surf the net and correspond with friends on email. One last thing - they provided all the cables necessary to connect this computer to the monitor and stuff I already had, as well as a full-size keyboard I didn't expect to receive. Items I was not expecting was delighted to find. OK, one more last thing - the shipping box was professionally packaged using a foam molding system that perfectly cradled the items so that they couldn't possibly be damaged in shipping. Great job folks, I will definitely recommend your shop to my friends. Thanks, BigXor"

"I ordered a Hunter 3-Gallon Humidifier from them through Amazon.com The item was listed even though it was back-ordered. It took weeks for the item to arrive. On the positive side the customer support was very courteous an helpful and the packaging for a fragile item was excellent."

"My experience with this company has be stellar. I ordered four cables and they shipped right away. The shipping cost was determined by the carrier (UPS)and not a high price estimate usually charged by online company's. The Rep was courteous and helpful."

"I purchased a Nikon Lumix L110 camera for $149.00(USD) because they had the best price (prices for other items seemed ok, but not great, so I figured it was a legitimate "sale"). I got an email shortly after asking me to call their customer service number about my order. So I figured I should call. Bad idea (or good idea, really). He said that I forgot to enter the 3 digit code from the back of my card. The sales rep was very rude. He told me the camera I ordered was the "import" model not USA model and all of the language was in Japanese. He said if I order it, it cannot be returned. He then gave me the total for my purchase which was about $20 higher than my invoice. I started to argue with him about it, we went back and forth for about a minute but being disabled with a head injury I was not comprehending what was being said. I said OK and hung up just so I could think about what was going on. In that time I received an email that my CC was charged $184.95 ($35.95 higher). I call back and the same argument ensued but the matter of handling and insurance popped up (this was a free shipping order). I was told I should "do better research before ordering". After hanging up I called my CC company and the rep reversed the charges and put the company on a watch list. I then canceled the card and ordered a new one. www.compudeals2u.com is a SCAM, plain and simple. This guy should get arrested for what he is trying to pull. Do what you can to report the "business" as fraudulent to the appropriate organizations. He needs to be shut down before he steals more money and information."
