"Got my Nokia Lumia 521 from T-Mobile unlocked. Price was adequate and after discount - lower than anywhere else. It took some time but I was warned about it and I knew Nokia 521 is not as easy as most Android devices to unlock. Customer service is excellent, response time was short, great communication. Not everybody offers Nokia Lumia 521 unlocking and I was quite scared to do it since price is much higher than for most other phones but it turned out great. Considering low price of Nokia 521 even with unlocking expenses it's still sweet (needed it in Europe)"

"Newegg has greatest customer service, fast shipping and great prices. They have started using cheapo shipping services and packaging is not always as perfect as in old days but hey - everybody wants to save. And if that means everyday low prices it's fine. Thanks newegg!"

"It's awful company! Never deal with them!
I have placed an order for a 23" LED monitor for $87 with taxes after coupon. They have sent me 20" regular LCD (completely different one) and charged $153!!!!! It's crazy - they said that their system used it as a substitute. And they did not even contact me about that change in my order! That's terrible attitude, they should not be allowed to run business."

"I have purchased a tablet from them (upad) and separately car charger for it, both items were shipped in timely manner, tablet works, charger still en-route. I believe they so their best to deliver above average quality products and they have pretty good sales and nice shipping. Customer service experience was favorable so far. Would definitely do business with them again."
