"I've done business for years with HKFlix (Reviewer name: Chaiwallah) and have always been well served . . . until now. I ordered an out-of-stock DVD in December and prepaid using PayPal. I just recently got an email saying the order could not be filled and was cancelled. No mention was made of repayment so I emailed them about it. There was no reply so I emailed again. No reply. I contacted PayPal who suggested contacting them and provided a phone number. I left a message on the voicemail, but haven't received a reply. Sorry, Michael, but you just lost a customer, and I hope others will think twice before doing business with you."

"I recently purchased a motherboard, processor, power supply, and graphics card from Newegg. The prices were great, especially the AMD FX-55 processor for $200. The first Asus mobo didn't work but Newegg replaced it, and the replacement works fine. I'll definitely do business with them again."
