"I ordered a copy of Wonderfalls on DVD as a gift. It arrived very promptly, but had two copies of disc 3 and no copies of disc 2 inside the packaging. It's annoying, because it was a gift. I emailed amazon and they immediately offered to send a replacement DVD set, all they asked was that I return the old set when the new one arrived. They paid for the shipping on everything.
I've order from amazon before, and this is the second time I've had a problem within a package. Both times Amazon has resolved the problem to my satisfaction and very promptly."
"I ordered two copies of DVD that was on backorder. After a week I emailed them to ask when it would be available, they wrote back to say that it would probably ship around the 18th. It's now the 30th and I haven't heard from them, so I went back to their website and found that my order had been canceled. They didn't email me or call me to let me know that my order was being voided. I partially understand if they have to cancel an order due to availability issues, but there's no excuse for not informing your customer of their status.
I would be wary of buying things from them in the future... especially so if the items are on backorder, regardless of what their email customer service tells you."

"Product arrived exactly as described. I chose their free shipping option and it arrived in two days, which is amazing for free shipping. They gave you a real tracking number so you could follow the package as it traversed the Eastern seaboard. Good communication, sent out emails to let you know when each phase of the order process had been completed."
