"I ordered a sub from HiFi Sound Connection. It came quickly, went to set it up and come to find out the voice coil was frozen. I called to return it and learned that they don't "shoulder the cost of shipping", though they were the ones who sent something that should have never left their warehouse. So anyways I pay the $35 to send it back. I missed a call from them a couple days later asking if I wanted a replacement or refund, though I when I called they had it as a replacement. Over the course of two weeks I sent emails and made multiple calls to the extension number I was given, no one ever answered, multiple messages were left. I finally just called a customer service representative. The whole time talking to them I was given excuses and they tried to flip it as if it was my fault. Finally they said they would send my replacement. While on hold with them I was sent an email saying they were sending a replacement $20 sub cover not the sub. I get back on the phone with them and they acted super confused. I had to explain I returned the sub three different times before they finally agreed to send the sub. A couple days later I get a replacement sub and what do you know the cone has a rip in it. I call again and while on the phone realized that in trying to get yet another replacement I will have spent as much money in shipping a return as the sub itself cost, so I'm keeping the sub to save myself the headache of dealing with this terrible company again."
"They say processing takes 1-2 days. My order took a week to process and then the package didn't arrive for another two weeks. I'm not really mad. I just feel that if you say you're going to do something then do it."
