"Ordered several hundred bags and pens for my small business. The bags are much better quality than I was expecting. The clips break off the pens very easily, but I bought the cheapest click pens they had. I originally made a mistake and picked the wrong color pen when ordering, but their customer service team got it fixed for me no problem. Overall a very good experience. I will definitely be placing follow up orders."
