Dodgy. Stay away
"Did a Google search on some cell modems I needed. Their site was shown as having one of the lowest prices. Went on their site and put 10 in my shopping cart. Just to be sure of availability, I started a chat with them. They *double checked* the SKU and told me that the item I was buying was refurbished, not new, and they could offer me the new ones at TWICE the price. Yes, twice. I showed him exactly where the page on their site quoted the price and condition as "NEW". He said that must be a glitch in the system. I did not stick around long enough to see any more glitches. Seems they've earned the bad reviews (other than the Astroturf ones) they've gotten here and on other sites. Beware.
Update 2/6/2019. At least they fixed the "glitch" in their site and those items are now showing as "refurbished""

"First time buyer. Very good selection, prices are outstanding. The transaction went smoothly and the order was shipped same-day. I ordered a 7.1 wall plate and fifteen pairs of banana plugs to rewired my home theater sound system. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the plugs and the plate. All seem very well made and built to last. What else can I say? I'll definitely use them again, and I'd recommend them to anyone."
