Shipped new watch quickly, perfect cond., good price
"I’ve dealt with WatchMaxx before - they’ve always seemed honest & reliable. I love the color of the green Oris Kermit dial, the fluted bezel, & the 5-day automatic movement. The watch came in perfect condition, with the factory tag still on it, & it was shipped within 1-2 business days after the order was placed, & arrived via free UPS ground 4 days later. They said they had 1 left, & my worry about not having the watch reserved for me was groundless; after my order the in-stock status changed to 1-2 weeks - just as expected - a totally positive buying experience!"

Poor quality and customer service
"The glasses were made with the correct Rx, but the wrong optical center, and since the nose pieces were not adjustable (couldn't tell this on the website when ordering), my vision was terrible. Zenni made me return them for 100% credit - it's been a week since they've received them and I haven't gotten the credit yet - and gave me a hard time about getting the same 10% discount as on the original order.
While the glasses are much cheaper than any brick-and-mortar optical store - you get what you pay for... Zenni has been CONSISTENTLY difficult to deal with after the sale, even when they acknowledge that the errors were theirs!!"

Favorate online watch store - period!
"I've ordered several watches from Jomashop, as well as other online watch vendors. Joma has always sent the watch quickly, with tracked shipping, and the watches, as this automatic Movado, have all been in perfect condition, with original tags and boxes. Their price as well as selection and quick fulfillment are all the best among legitimate online watch stores for moderate-to-upscale brands."
