Purchased twice!
"During attempting to upload a purchase, I found a chat session from exactly the same purchase last year. My 'tech adviso' didn't get back to me, I set it aside and forgot it! Now struggling to find a way to reach them before i go to my credit card and challenge this purchase. I heard back from them and has great tech support to sort it out, a refund and help installing the program. Completely satisfied."
