"WATCH OUT! FAKE GOOD REVIEWS! No way they're higher than 6 or 7.
Order hadn't shipped in 8 days. Called 2x. Then they did the upsell thing, gray market - not authorized dealer.

"Even with the expensive shipping to the states, the price of their Schwalbe Marathon Supremes (and the fact that they had stock) was better than any other US options (for the size I needed 700x32).
Took 8 business days from N. Ireland to Seattle for product to reach me but arrived in good shape, was new (2011) stock, etc.
Would order from them again."

"Slow ship. Slow response. Good prices.
Ordered on Thursday 1PM PST. Got ship notification Tuesday 3PM. Didn't arrive (Seattle area) until the following Tuesday (1 day UPS delay). And I paid for shipping ($9)!
On the Monday night before it shipped I sent mail asking if I could cancel but didn't get a return reply until Wednesday morning (after it shipped).
I saved $6 but felt like I was penny wise but pound foolish.
--Updated 5/31. I let TreeFort know about my experience (and the fact that part of the order was damaged) and they got right back to me with apologies and a credit for shipping. That's pretty good in my book, I've up'd the ratings to reflect that."
