Squaremouth's "Zero Complaint Guarantee" is a deception
"Squaremouth's "Zero Complaint Guarantee" is an outright deception. When our claim with Tinleg was unjustly denied after a family death forced us to cancel our trip, Squaremouth offered no real assistance. Despite their supposed guarantee to resolve disputes, they did nothing beyond instructing us to file an appeal. Once Tinleg rejected the appeal, Squaremouth did not make any attempt to resolve the dispute, leaving us to deal with the fallout on our own. Their so-called "guarantee" is nothing but a sham, offering false hope to customers when things go wrong."
We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration with the claim denial. We want to clarify that Squaremouth's Zero Complaint Guarantee is our promise that the travel insurance policy you purchase through us is from a reputable provider who will handle your claim fairly and honestly. After a thorough review of your claim, it was determined that it was handled fairly and honestly by Tin Leg. The claim was denied because it did not meet the policy requirements, as the trip was rescheduled rather than canceled. We apologize that the claim did not have a more favorable outcome. We understand that this is a difficult situation, and we want to assure you that we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible travel insurance experience. We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any further questions or concerns.
