"Everything went smoothly. Delivery was prompt (faster than normal processing time) before shipping. Oh by the way the drawings on AppliancePartsPros.com were far better than manufacturer's web sites. I would have order the wrong part but for the drawing at the purchase site."

"Everything went exactly as it should. Total time from ordering to product in hand was 5 days-normal delivery by UPS (free). Price was less than many similar stores and not much more than the Internet stores with no stars or references."
