Use Atlaschoice for 3 yrs now - Cannot book cars in Ecuador anymore through Atlaschoice
"I have booked through Atlaschoice in Ecuador for 3 years now with excellent experiences. Unfortunately, Atlaschoice no longer books rentals in Ecuador via the internet or calling UK directly. When I talked to a UK Atlaschoice operator, she mentioned 1st that they were having IT problems and could not do it. Then I asked how I could book over the phone with Atlaschoice and she told me my only option was to book with Ecuador companies directly, not through Atlaschoice anymore. This is really bad way of communicating to customers and of course losing good customers. The one time Atlaschoice sends me a discount code for rental rate reduction, Atlaschoice cannot rent cars to me in Ecuador anymore. BS. To say I am extremely angry at Atlaschoice and there customer service would be a gross under estimation. Worst part is that they are ruining there own very good reputation by this kind of poor and gross negligent communication with it's customers. It says "We dont want your business"!!!!"
