Online businesses are measured by how they handle when something goes wrong. Blinq does good.
"I have only ordered once from Blinq.com so far. The item I got was defective and even though I had first used the item like 20 days after I received it, the purchase date was like 31 days and so the I was past the 30 day return policy. I contacted Blinq and they allowed the return with no hassle or argument. This is why they get 5 stars, good customer service is the main thing internet customers demand. And Blinq delivers."

Unparalleled customer service. They set the bar. Great overall site.
"I have been a customer of Amazon for many years and ordered hundreds of times. On the rare occasion where I have had an issue they have always exceeded my expectations in handling these. Here are a few examples: 1.) A $5 item was going to be late for Christmas due to slowdowns at UPS (no fault of amazon). Amazon shipped me another of these $5 items NEXT DAY AIR. The first item arrived the day after Christmas but the replacement one arrived the day before. 2.) About 10 times I have had to return item. Every one of these events Amazon handled them fairly. Sometimes I get my refund before they even get the item back from me. Their prime service is getting better and better. Sometimes I get my items on saturday or sunday 1 day after I order them. Is there room for improvement? Yes: 1.) The prime pantry gets in the way of standard prime searches. They need a checkbox to remove prime pantry items from search. 2.) Prime pantry needs to be free shipping for each container (if you fill a container 90% or higher). Prices between pantry items and non-pantry items are like comparing apples to oranges because of this. 3.) Reviews on items should be clear if a bad review is due to a marketplace seller and not the item itself. Reviews are too merged into one sometimes so if there are 3 models of an item and one model is horrible while the other two are great, it looks like all 3 are just ok. We need distinct reviews on items, not merged ones. But all things said, they still earn 5 stars from me."

Website written VERY poorly.
"The BAD: Extremely difficult to get your account registered, meaning all your virus software, firewall software, pop up blockers, ad blockers, are off, and you've tried 4 different browsers on your computer to FINALLY get the verification to work on the website. Then you'll find you have to verify again once you try to buy something. Then you'll find you have to verify again if you want to sell something. The website is a joke, written by monkeys. Then, at random, accounts get banned. And if you get banned and inquire as to why, expect to wait many days to get any sort of response. The GOOD: Once you get registered (if you ever do), and in between the for-no-reason-bans, you actually can buy and sell to others. And that seemed to work good. Ultimately, currently not worth the hassle. If the site were rewritten to remove the broken verification system, and they removed the auto-ban-for-no-reason system, fired all of the web developers, fired all of the customer service people, and replaced all of them with intelligent people, then I think this idea could work."

"STAY AWAY! This company must be a scam house. I bought a game for digital download and found out after they had my credit card info that YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD your digital download game. Its required that they hassle you on the phone before you can download your game. So if you buy the game at night, then you have to wait until the next business day to call them and see if they give you permission to download your game. WTF do they even have a website? Digital download is a scam, stay away from them."

"Beware: items that say "FREE SHIPPING" are NOT free shipping. They are trying to trick you into not meeting thier minimum requirement for free shipping. Also, if you make the mistake they will not cancel your order, or let you add more to it to meet the free shipping minimum, but instead they ship it quickly and charge your card a shipping charge. Thier sales support email is worthless, a beligerant idiot responds."

"**FRAUD ALERT** DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I found them through pricewatch.com, thier price listed seemed fair so placed order. I received an email order confirmation DAYS later stating that they are going to charge me $8 more shipping than the agreed apon price. I called and talked to: Ross Kogan. This guy is an idiot. He said that they price watch price is only honored if it is shipped near the same state, not to the other states. (I live in MN, they ship from OH). They would not honor the pricewatch price. Furthermore they would not cancel my order, even though they haven't shipped yet. Instead, he would cancel it if I wanted to pay a large "cancellation fee". I have reported them to pricewatch, and will have my credit card issue a charge back. These fradulant crooks get to the top of pricewatch lists by "lying" about thier price, and the customer service people simply try to "cheat" you out of your money. STAY AWAY! I should also report them to government agencies so we can get these guys shut down and put in jail or fined for thier FRAUD."
